Stop breaking your own heart.
Sometimes it's better to move on, than to hold on to a person who doesn't understand who you truly are. Unfortunately there will be times where your absence will teach you what your presence cannot.
You need to stop breaking your own heart in trying to make a relationship work that clearly isn't meant to work to begin with.
You can't force someone to genuinely care about you.
You can't force someone to be faithful to you.
You can't force someone to be the person you need
them to be.
The truth is, sometimes the person you want the most is the same person you would be best without.
You have got to understand some things are meant to come into your life, just not meant to stay.
Everything that you do to show love, you have to be careful, not to lose yourself by trying to fix what should never been there in the first place. You can't get the relationship you need from someone who's not ready to reciprocate the love you give to them.
I know it's hard when you meet someone and your heart feels, that's the person you could spend an eternity with, and you start to accept that they are not that person you thought they needed to be.
And no matter how many times you cry yourself to sleep at night, you will eventually heal from your previous relationship and find the one you have always longed for. Your future will now bring an understanding of why things didn't work out in your previous relationships.
One thing I have learned throughout the years, is “It is better to be single than to be in a relationship settling for less.”
If they see you as an option, then they don't deserve to be a priority in your life.
Take my advice and never chase someone who's not chasing you.

1. If you have a 30-day cycle, you are most likely to ovulate 16 days from the first day your last period started (take note of the date using your phone or wall calendar or diary)
2. If you have a 21-day cycle, you are most likely to ovulate 7 days from the first day your last period started (take note of the date using your phone or wall calendar or diary)
3. If you have a 28-day cycle, you are most likely to ovulate 14 days from the first day your last period started (take note of the date using your phone or wall calendar or diary)
To accurately predict your most fertile day & menstruation date, let’s do this simple calculation
(a) Note the dates of your last two periods, i.e., the first day you saw your period. E.g, In March, you saw your period on 7th March and then in April, you saw it on the 2nd April.
(b) Calculate the number of days between 7th March and 2nd April to determine the length of your cycle. This is 25 days (excluding the 2 dates mentioned; don’t count them to determine the days)
(c) Now subtract 14 days from 25 days. Your answer is 11
(d) Now add 11 days to the 2nd April which was the first day of your last period. That is 13. Therefore, 13th April is your most likely fertile day while your next period will be 27th April (add 2nd April to 25 days)

DeleteToday makes it 5 years my grandmother died, my sweet grandma, strongest woman, my hero in woman body. She was a strong rock to her children and grandchildren.
ReplyDeleteI received a call a day before that she's not feeling well, and I was wondering what could have been wrong cos she doesn't fall sick at all, I decided to visit her the next day
That morning as I was preparing I noticed a cloudy form in my room, initially I thought someone was burning something around, I opened my window so the smoke will go but it started becoming very thick and all of a sudden it started gathering in one place and wind was blowing everywhere, that was when I got the message, I started calling her eulogy and was crying, not up to 20 mins after that I received the call and I told them I already knew, that she already came to bid me farewell.
I miss her everyday, my heart breaks each time I remember she didn't reap her stress over me, that woman too try for me. But I pray to make her proud wherever she is one day 😢 I'm striving everyday towards it
Anytime I'm disturbed, she'll know and she'll call me to talk to me, she sensed it wherever she is and call me immediately to assure me that everything will be fine, I call her maikudi cos she's always giving us money whenever we are broke,she gives it out freely without being asked. May her soul rest in peace.

Plant seeds 1 inch deep, If using pots, a 5-gallon container can comfortably accommodate 2-3 okra plants.
Water the plants thoroughly after sowing. Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Once established, okra is relatively drought-tolerant.
Regularly check for weeds and remove them to reduce competition for nutrients and water.
Monitor for pests such as aphids and spider mites. Use organic pest control methods if necessary, such as neem oil or insecticidal soap.
Okra pods can be harvested when they are 2-4 inches long. Frequent harvesting encourages further production.
