 Hailings ....

TUESDAY IN HOUSE MEMO
Happy Easter Tuesday....How is everyone doing? shops and activities and business iss back but schools are still resting.......Please whatever small time you have to take a break, please take that break....
Someonegisted with me yesterday and said i should try as much as possible to use this platform to spread the word of God......I want to thank those who have been constant in the comment section with posting Gods word...He will surely reward you all for trusting his word.
If you have to choose the word of God and trolling, please choose wisely.

Pay attention to these 10 daily habits and transform your life ️

1. Lower your expectations from people : you won't always get back what you give. Expect less and you won't be disappointed.

2. Let go : develop the strength to let go of anything and anyone. Too much attachment to something can ruin you on the long run.

3. Move your body : a sedentary lifestyle isn't the best and with mobile phones and access to Internet, you are likely to be less active. Make efforts to purposely walk around, dance, jump or do anything to stretch your joints

4. Prioritise you : without you in the right frame of mind, great physical health, every dream is just an imagination. Put efforts into putting yourself first.

5. Be your best friend : consider how you'll treat your best friend and start treating yourself the same way. Cheer yourself up, pat yourself on the back and tell yourself "this too shall pass" when faced with difficulties

6. Accept that life is temporary : everyone will leave at the end, even the ones you always wish to be like. Live your day like it's the last, soak yourself in the joy of the moment and be there for those who'll miss you the most when you're gone

7. Make healthy eating a goal : healthy living is expensive but medications, surgeries are not cheap on the other hand. Make healthy eating your target and you'll spend less on medications, at least for the sake of your future.

8. Spend less time on the phone : you won't believe how beautiful the offline world is if you think your happiness only comes from being online. The less time you spend on the phone, the more joy you bring to your life. Give digital detoxification a trial.

9. Read a book : it doesn't have to be a big book or 10 pages a day. In 10 minutes, you can put yourself in another world through books, but your whole life will be improved if you're consistent with that.

10. Give it one more time : failure isn't the end of it. What if this last attempt is everything to prove that success is yours too? Don't give up ️

  3. If you know how easy women are with men they actually like, you'll never chase a woman playing Hard-to-get.🙃

She might not chase you first, but if you make your intentions known, and she likes you, she won’t stress one hair on your head.

This concept of “hard to get” is for women you need to spend on them first for them to pretend to like you eventually. It’s conditional. Or to keep you around till the men they like come their way.

High-value women don’t have time for that. It's either they like you or they don't. And they’ll communicate it clearly✌🏼

    4. You are kind, but I think you should reserve your counsel for those who genuinely seek it and are prepared to embrace it, because a lot of the time, they know you don't like them, but they don't care, while some delude themselves into thinking you are being difficult even though they know it isn't true. But they would rather gulp down the lies they tell themselves since it is a pill easier to swallow than admitting a lady doesn't fancy them.

A gentleman once pursued me with unwavering determination for four long years. My lack of interest was evident; he knew, but I could tell he didn't care. I dated him out of pity but had to run away after just a brief period because I couldn't endure his company.

After the break-up, he tried to reclaim my affection and attention for two years, but I didn't yield. Even in the short-term relationship, he sensed my dissatisfaction with his presence, but he didn't care; he was just happy to be there.

  6. The first time 35million hit my current account couple of years ago, I still remember the drama that happened at the bank. I was overseeing a building project(5bedroom duplex). So the client based on trust on the person who referred me to him, pushed that amount into my account in two batches. He was abroad based. The money was meant for trips of sand, chippings, cement, plumbing, tiles, roofings, electrical etc. That millionaire vibes came back in me once again. In the past before things took a nosedive, I have seen and touched good money. At 25, I was already a millionaire but then, life happened. Story for another day.

I felt like a millionaire once again. I screenshot my account balance and saved it😂 I also kept the credit alerts until that particular phone crashed.

At the bank, I was delayed in the guise of network. I had gone to the bank to transfer money for rod which runs into millions and then do some withdrawal. When I couldn't take any further delay, I got upset and raised my voice on the cashier attending to me. It was then a pretty slim lady approached me from behind with a smile and crossed her right hand on my waist and gently walked me to her table. It was then she explained to me the reason for the delay. They were investigating the source of the money for possible money laundering or fraud. I told her it's fine but the lady should have said that to me than lying it was a link downtime.

I had to call my client and informed him the situation at the bank. He told me to drop the call so he can call back. He called on video and said I should give the bank manager the phone. So the woman with me happens to be the manager. After few minutes discussion, she told him not to worry that the bank will initiate the transaction after due diligence.

About twenty minutes later, the transaction was carried out after some calls were made to the headquarter. After that event, I increased my transfer limit. The project was successfully executed and to standard. Everyone who worked at the time did their very best. I was able to make some money from the project which got me a piece of land in my home town. When I heard what land is currently been sold there, I'm tempted to resell but a still voice is still whispering to me not to do that.

At age 65, if God spare my life I will so love to relocate to Enugu the coal city. I will be needing the serene environment and tranquillity the more at such age.

    Good Afternoon Mutuals.

You always like to shut him up every time. What is it gan? You're a man for crying out loud yet you're so petty. You sound so mean. Let him be please.
Mind you I am a female who hardly comment here but I"ve noticed your constant attack on him. its really becoming too much from you.

    12. You guys chill naw! The post is for entertainment. Don’t you play a little? Is everything supposed to be very serious?

Anyway, what I leant from this post is how not to trust people living in Nigeria with your project money. They usually use it to advance their own lives. Getting a whole land money from helping build someone’s house. That is too much.

People in diaspora, try building your house yourself, some Nigerians are using you as ATM.

  11. Our IG chefs and the celebrity blender/juicer won't allow someone rest. Now they have introduced garri pudding. 🤣🤣🤣. Break and cut your coconut into smaller pieces, pour in a juicer and extract the milk (if you don't have a juicer, well you can use a blender, just sieve when you're done). In another bowl, pour your garri and add water to it. Pour your coconut milk into a pot, add your garri, stir until it's well combined and add your sugar. Continue to stir till you see bubbles, and your pudding is ready. You're welcome 😉. Will I be trying this? Oh nooooo. I love my garium the way it is. Congrats to you, Miss Aboki. May your union be blessed. Speedy recovery to Mrs Pinky. Chewing gum while cutting onions doesn't work for me o. I still cry, sometimes sef, I leave the kitchen. Anyways, y'all enjoy the rest of your day. 😘😘

Double congratulations Miss Aboki. Your home is blessed; God has gone ahead of you and made everything good. You will not build for another to inhabit, you will not labour in vain, receive peace and joy in this union and be fruitful.

  44. The issue of the cost of marriage, particularly the traditional marriage "list" in Nigeria, is a multifaceted issue that varies from tribe to tribe and often involves cultural expectations, economic considerations, and social pressures. In many communities, the marriage list includes a range of items that families expect the groom to provide as part of the bride price or dowry, which can lead to financial strain on the groom and his family. A friend of mine is currently on this table and the whole thing is becoming tiring for him.

This can affect individuals and families, particularly the present economy state of the country. To someone like me that am from Benue marrying a partner from the East. I go for a life partner not minding the list and fourteen years now we're rocking.

While traditional marriage practices hold cultural significance, it is crucial to balance these customs with a focus on the personal values that underpin a successful marriage. Your decision to prioritize finding a life partner over meeting a marriage list is commendable and has the potential to inspire others to consider what truly matters in forming lasting relationships. By fostering understanding, empathy, and love, couples can create a foundation for fulfilling partnerships that transcend material expectations.

    Good day people...❤️
    Enjoy your day...✌️

Challenges will definitely come but the home built with the word of God remain firm and unshakable.May your home be fruitful and blessed.Amen.

  58. I just read yesterday's chronicle.
When your mother in-law was troubling you to have child or leave the marriage and your horseband kept quiet, why didn't you drag your horseband to do tests in the hospital? Or you leave the marriage? Is marriage a do or die affair?
You went and slept with another man and got pregnant and then carry the baby and dashed the foolish man and his wicked mother.
You are very stupid and foolish. After what they did to you in that house for being TTC, the best you should have done was to leave the marriage with the pregnancy after making that mistake, get a divorce and then announce to the both families that the man was impotent and that it was another man that got you pregnant. Also, let them know what they did to you while there.
I wonder when my fellow women will have sense. They send you to school but you graduate and remain foolish.
I pray my daughters do not become foolish women.
Right from my single days, I did not see marriage as a do or die affair and he knows. I do my best, if it becomes a threat to my well-being, I will quit, I have my own money and means of livelihood. Maybe you were broke and depend on them to survive but you are still stupid. Don't you have hands and legs and brain to think and make your own money? Idiot! I pray they disgrace you well.
