His absence remains temporary and in line with the communicated timeframe of approximately two weeks.
The President left Paris for London at the weekend and has maintained constant communication with key government officials, overseeing critical national matters, including directives to security chiefs to address emerging threats in some parts of the country.
His return to Abuja and the resumption of duties at Aso Villa will follow the conclusion of the Easter holiday.
The President's commitment to his duties remains unwavering, and his administration continues to function effectively under his leadership.
We appreciate the public's concern and assure all Nigerians that governance proceeds without interruption.

Mr President Federal Republic of Nigeria Alh. Bola Ahmed Tinubu. With all due respect Sir, I will have to say this. Your continuous stay overseas as Nigerians are being killed daily by the Fulani herdsmen is worrisome. I saw the death toll rising in Plateau State. What about Benue State? Eha Amufu in Enugu state? It's so necessary you cut short your stay and rush back home. Whatever the business purpose you had traveled for in France isn't worth the current massacre I saw going on in these part of Nigeria I just mentioned.
ReplyDeleteIDP's camp are increasing. Nigerians are now becoming fugitive in their own country. It has never been this bad. I saw a video footage of a military personnel angrily expressing his frustration over the recent ambush where many solders suffered casualties. It was an insider job fielding the terrorist on the military movement.
The occasion calls for you to show and demonstrate you truly care for the citizens and your readiness to tackle this insecurity headlong ravaging Nigeria. The military need a morale boost. You need to lead at the front by visiting these affected states along side military chiefs. Let Nigerians know why you think you deserve a second term in office.
Things under your watch has really fallen apart and the centre can no longer hold. It will be too dangerous for well meaning Nigerians to go silent on the blood been spilled on the Nigerian soil.
Nigeria is gradually drifting into a failed state under your watch and at the verge of a total collapse if nothing is being done to rescue it.
I weep for Nigeria, the once giant and pride of Africa.

ReplyDeleteEven if he is not on the soil, isn’t there a vice president appointed. These vice presidents and second in command should be pulling their weight too, they are just as accountable.
