He said in an Interview on AIT
“As a person, I can’t talk to my wife like that in public, I can’t talk to my driver like that in public. I can’t talk to any woman like that. I have never done that in my life. I respect women.
I am one of the people that has been championing the rights and privileges of women. As a legal practitioner, I won so many cases for women that were denied their rights of inheriting their father’s properties because their father had no male child.
I won so many cases pro bono, I am one of the leaders from the southeast that have a program for building houses for widows, sponsoring their children in school. But for a woman to get up in public and tell me to shut my mouth and call me a hooligan, a red cap chief in Igboland that has made his mark.
And for somebody who has never won a ward councillorship election to come to my office and tell me to shut up my mouth and call me a hooligan, this is unacceptable. I am going to take her up within the Igbo traditional leadership because it has never happened”
You told her committee that their mission to the Senate is baseless.
ReplyDelete'we don't do unserious things here".
Then she told you to stop making noise and shut up.

Hello iya Boys
That is who you are senator Nwaebonyi. You were caught red handed hence the explanation. Work on your etiquette, your behaviour is unacceptable in a polite society. You are a senator not an agbaro.
ReplyDeleteYou and I know you are lying.
ReplyDeleteIn your tribe an elderly one cannot tell you to shut up, what if she is your mother.
ReplyDelete"I am going to take her up within the Igbo traditional leadership because it has never happened”. See intimidation o.
ReplyDeleteShe didn’t just say shut up to you without provocation. You also insulted her. Shut up can be said to some that makes stupid comments and derogatory remarks which you did. You deserve more than the shut up.
ReplyDeleteSomeone tells you "compose yourself please and stop making noise" when it's not your turn to speak, but even after telling you that, you kept speaking angrily, and she adds "can you please shut up"
ReplyDeleteAnd that's what you're pissed about, called her unprintable names and granting interviews left and right.
Was your attitude right? If you'd respected others and acted with decorum, waiting for your turn to speak, would she have chided you ?
Nigerian senators, etc need to attend etiquette classes.
Imagine sending this senator to an international gathering and he'd behaved like he did?
It's a lie oga, Wayayu lying like that? Why.
ReplyDeleteHe doesn't speak to his wife or driver line that IN PUBLIC.
ReplyDeleteAlso notice the correlation between wife and driver.
