Senator Natasha Akpoti Tenders A Satirical Apology To Senate President Akpabio

Embattled Senator Natasha Akpoti caused a stir on Sunday Night when she tendered an apology to Nigeria's Senate President Akpabio.....The Apology is like an apology that is not an apology...LOL

SATIRICAL APOLOGY LETTER
From the Desk of Senator Natasha Akpoti Uduaghan

Dear Distinguished Senate President Godswill Akpabio,

It is with the deepest sarcasm and utmost theatrical regret that I tender this apology for the grievous crime of possessing dignity and self-respect in your most exalted presence. I have reflected extensively on my unforgivable failure to recognize that legislative success in certain quarters is apparently not earned through merit, but through the ancient art of compliance — of the very personal kind.

How remiss of me not to understand that my refusal to indulge your… “requests” was not merely a personal choice, but a constitutional violation of the unwritten laws of certain men’s entitlement. Truly, I must apologize for prioritizing competence over capitulation, vision over vanity, and the people’s mandate over private dinners behind closed doors.

I now realize the catastrophic consequences of my actions: legislation delayed, tempers flared, and the tragic bruising of egos so large they require their own postcodes. For this disruption to the natural order of “quid pro quo,” I bow my head in fictional shame.

Please find it in your magnanimous heart — somewhere buried deep beneath layers of entitlement — to forgive this stubborn woman who mistakenly believed that her seat in the Senate was earned through elections, not erections.

I remain,
Yours in eternal resistance,
Senator Natasha H Akpoti Uduaghan
Unafraid, Unbought, and Unbroken

  3. Does it mean her claims were false from the onset?🤔

This is terrible. If I were her, I'd resign honorably.

  9. I would say this is petty and unbecoming of her office. It’s either she apologizes genuinely or maintain her stand. Bit this right here is childish.

    1. Very trashy and it gives some credence to the current onslaught on her even though the evidence of that woman must also be tested.

    2. What exactly should she apologize for? That because she refused the senate president from seeing her nakedness or what exactly? it beats my imagination to see women in support of what the senate president allegedly did. We, in this part of the world are quite naive and fearful when it has to do with human rights issues.

    3. 10:28, calm down, read my comment gently, nobody is fighting wt u. I didn’t say she shud apologize, i said if she wants to apologize she shud, if she doesn’t want to, she shud stick to her guns, but she shud stop this childish act, it is bastardizing her claims and making the whole thing unserious.

  13. Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan's astuteness and understanding of the psychology of the typical Nigerian in or out of political power is respected.

    But this is trash.
    She is a lawyer.
She knew well to sue for breach of promise to marry.
She has a case or two on this matter in court.
She tried to silent the man's wife by threatening to mess up her mental health with "evidence of her allegations".
She knows what sub judice is.
She knows what the law says about about defamation and criminal allegations especially of threat to life.

As a lawyer, let her dignify herself, her law profession, and the courts by litigating her case(s) and cause(s) in court.

    This here is faux sracasm.
The type some Female Bvs on this blog post in support of adultery cases by women instead of coming out with their full chest to say they support adultery, are in it, or will do it if sure they will not be caught.

Above all, Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan is spoiling the cases of sad oppressed true victims of X harassment. She is giving violators an alibi - "This was how Natasha did and, in the end, she could not prove her allegations".

When a person files a case in court but is not aggressive about the case, it is telling.

In the end, she does not appear better than the people she is pointing fingers at.

    Where is Madam Senator's evidence?
If she cannot release them because of ... let her keep quiet.
Or let her travel to safety and release them from there. That is how to fight for a cause with conviction. It is not allowed for her to run with the hares and hunt with the hounds.

  15. What manner of apology is this?
She should have just maintained her stand and damn all consequences instead of this .

    ReplyDelete
  16. Maybe she wants people to talk about the issues again, seen it has gone down.
I think this is the right time for her to bring the evidence she said she have.

  17. So they were demanding apology from her?☹️
