Stella, my girls watch Tiktok and they do show me this type of your food but with more orishirishi. They will tell me that is a balanced diet with all the food classes in one plate and that we should be eating like that. Alakoba girls π€£
You will see in addition to what you have there, lettuce, carrot, chicken, fish, beans pudding, etc arranged in small quantities inside one plate. Nawa !
