ReplyDeleteinstead of targeting people with dreadlocks, why not focus on tackling real issues like insurgency, unemployment, and other pressing problem. And when did having dreadlocks defines someone ,s character??? Some people naturally have them.
Sometimes, people who look clean cut can be the one causing harm. So Mr Governor, you should look beyond appearance and address the root causes of problems.
