Good morning sdk /bvs,thst up there is good to eat. I had my early morning cup of green tea and lemon ,followed by Greek Yoghurt with a mix of little honey,sliced banana,black grapes,blue berries, finite!

I will be making avocado 🥑 ice cream 🍦 okro soup with ugba & stock fish sauce with ugba ..brought them from Owerri, I haven’t had time to cook
