    1. More expensive oooo, check your electricity unit that it will consume you will see that it's not worth it at all.

Plus it is something that is perishable so you need to do it in small quantities plus time and everything aaah!

  3. The price has not dropped at all. As per which is the best bread, the quality is in the mouth of the eater. I love Jendol bread, prefer it to bokku.

  6. Year 2013 was the year I went to Lagos for the first time. There stood this woman by the road side with piled loaves of bread in a tray, covered with nylon, well balanced on her head.

I could see through the transparent nylon the branded color; blue and yellow of the famous blue band butter.

Right across the road but seated in a taxi I beckoned her to come. My colleague pointed at the medium size loaf and ask that we shared the bill.
She took the knife, slice our choice bread and buttered it. Each slice for each of us. The aroma tasted like a breath of fresh vanilla cake from the oven.
    It was heavenly.

Age bread forever in Jesus name, Amen🙏

  8. I never knew the price of flour has dropped, yet the price of bread is still increasing. They may blame it on fuel price.

  13. Bread's prices have not gone down in Nigeria, but the qualities are going down, they can never reduce the prices, they will rather find another excuses for not reducing the prices, like prices of other ingredients.

  14. Same price , the transportation use in conveying flour is still high and electricity tariff or cost of running diesel etc dey there, these are factors to look out for.

Biggest size is 3k here while wheat bread is 5k in the supermarket which is ok.

Stella, maybe they're still selling high to regain their profit of 'costly flour period'.. but they should do it small small pls.

  27. Bread is expensive everywhere. I have seen bread for $8 in some places and that is almost 9000 naira. I am still scratching my head trying to figure what the fck is in any bread to make it cost$8. Greedflation is alive and well

  28. Even at its high price, the bread qualities are now very low.

  29. My best bread was grand square in Abuja. I asked my sister to get me some when she was coming abroad, I was looking forward to it and when it arrived, it was tasteless. Nigeria is fast becoming a country where people prefer the past to the present.
