I reduced my junk intake...Focus more on fruits and eating balanced meals. I have lost weight

Going to bible school. Though not yet finished. A lot of life's issues and solutions are in the words of God. Knowing God personally and genuinely is liberating and uplifting. You will enjoy yourself in this world and in eternity. Hallelujah. 🙏🏿🙏🏿
