Billionaire Wife Shade Okoya Reveals She Did Not Miss Out On Anything Despite Marrying An Older Man

Nigerian industrialist, and billionaire wife, Shade Okoya, has stated that she didn’t miss out in any aspect of life despite marrying a man four decades and some years older than her..

48 year old Shade got married to Razak Okoya, an 85-year-old billionaire in 1999 when she was 21.

Addressing the critics of her marriage in her latest interview with BBC Yoruba, Shade Okoya boasted that she has never missed out on anything for not marrying a younger man.

Speaking about her experience in the marriage, she affirmed that she is very happy in her marriage .
She said, “My husband has been very generous with me, and defends me anywhere. God said this is where I will be. We met each other, and he liked me and he did not waste time at all.
“I’m happy in my marriage to him. He is far older than me but I don’t think I ever missed out on anything because I didn’t marry a younger man.”

  2. Fair enough, some young guys can be draining or entitled. Maybe she wants emotional connection, shared goals, or real partnership. Marriage is more than just one aspect. If she's found someone who genuinely meets her needs and clearly age isn't the issue. Sounds like she's found what works for her.

    Keep basking in bliss, Sade😘

  5. Shade okoya was rave of the moment in Dele momodu magazine back then. It was same bickering as it happened to Regina.
That lady turned deaf ears and enjoyed her new found fame and fortune. Glad she has no regrets.
