According to Stella Dimoko Korkus Sources, the divorce proceedings had started long before news of it became public knowledge and with recent happenings; It is nearing being finalised and both parties who are hellbent on not reconciling will be free to part ways and remarry or move on....

Nigeria practices the British judiciary system. There's nothing like signing of divorce papers here. Divorce papers signing is American.
