    1. Watching that movie was nostalgic. Almost 80% of what happened in the movie happened to my friend/ colleague a few years ago when she was 43! The guy no send! Let’s just say I saw myself in the roll of those her friends who were appreciating the guy and making sure she didn’t loose him.

      A beautiful movie.

    4. When it's your time to be SEEN, even a FART will announce you!

      It was an interesting WATCH...
Uzor is very funny and his generous and funny character made Bambams calm demeanour very interesting and admirable.

However, that's just Bam and not a portrayal of feminine energy like many were saying.

Feminine energy doesn't slap a man, cater for a man or fiercly resist pamperings from a man like her character in the movie.

And constantly inviting the man for sex is not a feminine energy, plus offering to propose marriage and all.

It was honestly an interesting watch though and it is their TIME to be SEEN!

  3. It's interesting but nothing too spectacular. We love love in Nigeria so seeing a man going extra mile to ask for number is a thing.

And those asking for part 2, what else do you want. A marriage abi wedding πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

  4. Yes it is.. it’s a breath of fresh air from the regular stories we have been watching and Bam Bam killed it.

  5. Nice movie but the hype is toooooooooo much.its just your regular over exaggerated Nigerian movie

  6. I watched it yesterday and I absolutely loved it.
I had to replay the kissing scenes multiple times.
Guess what?? I am watching it again, imoni did amazing with this.

I want to learn how to be girlie like bam bam in the movie, this first born weight and responsibilities has turned me to a masculine girl. God help me.

  7. Absolutely not! I’m still wondering what the hype is about. But when Grace speaks for u, there’s absolutely nothing anyone can do about it.

    1. Eka thanks. The hype is too much abeg. You said everything I wanted to say.

    2. The movie is just there, there's nothing WOW about it.

    3. Thank you Eka! Told my husband its just grace because I dont see why its overhyped. They've been "better" movies

    4. The movie is just there and nothing out of the ordinary abeg, but I think Omoni found grace. I hope she can use this hype to produce good movies and stop that rubbish of women on strike stuff because once a movie starts having multiple parts and it’s the same story line, you have lost me there. Ps- Omoni should look for a good script writer like this love in every word and bring in new faces and actors and she should stop putting her friends in all her movies because that ship has sailed.

  8. I don't know whether it's worth the hype, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Sooo lovely to watch(watched twice already). The title is perfect... I love love ☺️

  10. Well, I think I would go with what some Blog visitor said and not bother watching after my first attempt. I downloaded it, then she came with a pr stunt and pull the movie down. It disappeared from my downloads wasting my data considering how expensive data is. Only for her to bring it back the next day. I just ignored and did not refer people to watch it. The snippets I see here and there didn't move me by the way. I doubt I would have enjoyed it. The storyline seemed farfetched and over the top .

    1. Pr stunt exactly! I give it to her for using that as a strategy to get Nigerian bloggers to post about it, thereby gaining traffic for the movie when she reposted it,. Omoni has had issues with her movies, from the okafor 1 and Elliot, where someone a Nigeria who resides in Canada and Lagos has called her out for the screenplay. I believe that later settled out of court.

    2. Definitely stunt to get plp to redownload it, na Delta babe Sha, cunnin man die na cunnin man go bury am. All na marketing strategy .

  12. Bam bam is beautiful, I love her colour and amazing physique, she did well in the movie except that some conversations/scenes were dragged.
Uzor is good, really good. He fits into roles like he was created for them roles. He is also handsome 😘.
I wonder if he is married? if not, I'll love to marry him because I've absolutely fallen in love with him.

  14. Please bvs what's the bug deal about this movie? I have watched it yesterday but still didn't see what the fuss was all about

  15. It sure is. I ve never being able to watch a Nigerian movie more that once. I've watched this several times with my face always lit up. It really is a feel good movie. Very nice indeed. No overacting. Bambam and Uzor..and d friends were in serious elements

  16. I like the name Odogwu pararan 🀣. She didn't like his accent at first. He reminded her of her Dad. The movie was ok. In my opinion not really worth the hype sha.

  17. I will wait until the hype is over before I watch it,I refused to be pressured abeg.

  18. The movie was ok. It was more like a comedy to me.
There were a few slips in the dialogue.
After the first date, Bam claimed he wasn’t her type but still kept calling him “My King, My Odigwu”when ever they met or spoke on phone. Hella confusing.
I’ll like to watch a role Bam acts, directed by Biodun Stephens. I need Bam bam to step out of her calm easy personality and fully embody a character and I think Biodun is the perfect director to fix that.

    BTW Bam’s BBL is massive!

    1. Very correct on the 'comedy' not romance theme. Na really confusing dialogue, sometimes I wish actors can discuss with the screenwriter on certain things to say, because is the actors who would look good or bad from what they say, screenwriter will not. Yes o d ukwu is ukwuing . I just wonder now that ambr rose, Kim and the initial bbl starters are stopping it or removing it. Abeg after the money spent, now na slim dey reign again. Nancy isime now looks almost like a different person.

Any movie with Uzor Arukwe in it does it for me.
Uzor is an Actor. He does it effortlessly
I just like Bambam. Hope to see more of her acting prowess.

  23. The movie was okay but I can’t say the same for other movies I have seen Bam Bam act. She doesn’t know how to express emotions very well, she is too calm in all the scenes, it makes her movies boring. I understand that’s her personality but you should portray the emotion of the character you are trying to convey to the audience and not your own character.

    1. I also think she needs to step out of that good girl demeanor. If not, she would termed boring and also stereotyped.

  35. Uzor is an amazing actor. He has always been from Navy secondary school. Same set with Mercy and Gideon Okeke. Gideon and Uzor were the best actors. They used to kill it every time. So happy Uzor is getting his accolades. He is also a NICE GUY. Navy produced stars sha especially the prioneer set. Bekinda Effah is so so, but she was there too. Then we have Franklin in third set and the actress that was married to the late gospel singer, 4th set. Amazing talent

  36. The moving was boring while I was watching it. Nothing spectacular. I’ve watched better Nollywood movies abeg. Everything about omoni oboli is hype even when she recycles stories and actors. Rubbish movie.

  37. Too hyped.. Bambam not a good actor.. she was too fake but the Odogwu is an actor shaa..

    1. Whoever says Bambam is not a good actor should come and act their own, i want to check something.

That said, i consider the movie as the Romcom that's it's meant to be. I'll give give it a good 8 or 9 over 10. However, i wish it was a more realistic storyline. This is Nigeria. No Nigerian man as wealthy as the character can be that flawless (and especially 'that single'). Plus an average super wealthy man wants a trophy wife. And a submissive one at that. The fantasy about a super wealthy man bending over backwards to get a career woman to wife, is just what it is, a fantasy And that scene where he came to the office with a traditional band would have been the end of the relationship for most ladies. To say that it's embarrassing is an understatement.

I had a good laugh though and it's thanks to Uzor. Guy's acting is top-notch!

The acting prowess and spoken English of the dark-skinned friend is underemphasised for me.

Then lastly, hmmn... how do people cope with being married to actors? Hmmn! Hmmm!! Hmmmm!!! 😁 And as if that's not enough, how do actors themselves separate acting from their reality. If i was Bambam, it would take me sometime to get out of that soft girl/princess/damsel in distress mode oh! 😜😁😁. I would be expecting the fantasy/treatment from my husband in real life.

Well serves them right for misleading we the viewers too sha 😁. Cos i know a lot people have ended their current relationships in their heads and replaced them with this fantasy 😁😁

  38. Watched it last night
Uzor is a good actor. Bamike is getting better by the day, she is not there yet but with consistency and determination, she will get there.
    Stella you should see it.
And Uzor once said "focus on your focus" 🀣

  39. For someone who is not a fan of Bambam, I was pleasantly surprised. I was over some Nigerian films with overtly dramatic acting, smacking of lips, unfortunate wigs and long nails but this movie, there is something about her acting and that of Uzor that just meshed together.

Bambam gave ice, Uzor gave fire when it was needed. Their personalities just meshed and they delivered. I don't just like some of the locations they used, I didn't see the money they guy had, they chose cheap locations. Another thing, I would have preferred Bambam in natural hair all through that movie.

Uzor is one good actor. Infact he embodied this role very well.

People raved about this movie simply because of the delivery. We were just over the feminine actress giving masculine energy, screaming up and down when it is of no use, acting like a ruffian, a lot of them no longer have female voices, this movie stepped away from 'no gree for anybody ' to allow me to cater to you. Another good thing about this movie is the breaking of certain stereotypes about Igbo businessmen.

Pls producers do not reproduce, some of you will try reproducing this in different aimless movies, pls don't.

    Congratulations to the director.
    The actors
    The producers.
    The crew members.
