Residents of Kaltungo Local Government Area of Gombe State have been thrown into grief and shock after discovering the lifeless Body of a lady hanging from a tree on Friday March 14, 2025.
According to eye witness accounts, the body of the yet-to-be identified young lady sparked speculations of circumstances surrounding her death.
Some believe she unalifed herself while others speculate that she might have been killed by hoodlums, then hanged on the tree to cover up the crime, as her knees were touching the ground.
Buhari Abdullahi, the Police Public Relations Officer for the state command confirmed the incident and promised to provide more details later.
