scenario one and three isn't true, I'm a witness, of course one wouldn't know allocated time for an interview session (i mean the interviewee) but my session was the shortest, before i went in, i was wondering why the others before me refused to come out when it got to my turn, the other two persons were just staring at me and i had a veryyyyyy brief session I returned to work, same day before COB, the head of HR called me for a second session we fixed a mutually convenient date, and it was for negotiation.
When they asked what my former boss will say about me and the interviewing company's MD and my former boss are 5&6. My former boss is an abuser who fired me for a mistake he caused.
The interview went from pleasant knowing and what I can do to blasting questions on top questions like they just wanted to get something wrong. Then the question will you want a junior role. I said NO.

ReplyDeleteThis is going to be interesting 🤔🤔
ReplyDeleteWhen the boss said he didn’t know he could be attracted to a younger woman at age sixty .
ReplyDeleteExcuse me! He really said that....That's so unprofessional....
DeleteHave never been in this situation
ReplyDeleteHere to read and learn
One clear sign is if you finish before the stipulated time slot e.g 30 minutes slot, you finished before 15 mins....
ReplyDeleteSecondly, if you face a panel of 3 people, 1 or 2 persons states they have no questions for you at all...It's a sign
Thirdly, when there are no follow up questions added to the ones posed to you...it's another sign..
