Wednesday In House News

  I salute!!!

IN HOUSE MEMO

How is everyone doing? Hope no one is eating what they should not eat? Hmmmm there is this Yoruba lady i have known for like 12 years in my city...Shes very nice humble and also double as my cleaning lady.....She visits me anytime i give her go ahead but she comes to clean once a week.....I roder for cooked food from her when i want and she delivers....Sometimes she brings thing s when she visits but not all the time...I forgot that i ordered for turkey and pomo and fish stew.......She brough it today and i just took some protein out to warm and eat, as i was eating and wowing, nah so the video of the lady peeing into soup pot just flashed before me......I FROZE AND WENT INTO MY SHOCK STATE.......What will i do with this yummy turkey that has soaked in stew? The soft pomo that is like mama put nko? Or the fish that is well fried and soaked in stew?As i dey fear food wey black person cook, what of wihte person food? God abeg oh!!!

The man i am supposed to send the phones through says he is is going for an event and yet to confirm the date and logistics, so make we keep our fingers crossed.......Those who talked inside Tuesday in house news about courier companies tampering with stuff, i dont know about that cos the iphones i said i sent to Nigeria was taken by private courier, most of them do it, they travel to Nigeria two times in a week and they deliver...When the person comes to pick they call you on video to show they are deliveroing exactly as you sent it...If anything else happens its not on them....

I paid 6 euroes for each phone to be delivered....
I have one question, can 50K buy used phone in Naija?
Lets remember some BVs and the reasons they stopped commenting, that is if you remember the ID and any brouhaha trailing them oh...

-BV Mrs A, turned Mrs E said she was too busy to comment but her husband still reads the blog and i am sure he will see this cos hes my paddyman.
-BV Barister Oma got married and had a baby and things just spiralled in a good way for her,she lost her ID and still visits but doesnt want the ID back....she mails me immediately i ask of her....
- BV Bloglord stopped commenting cos i didnt give her a particular giveaway, i gave a first but refused the second time and noticed she stopped commenting after blanking me for a while....LOL
-The Generals wife stopped commenting due to a gang up, I really dont understand what it was about...
-Iphiedearie left after she had a baby...
Make una continue......
This should be fun as we go down memorylane........
Have a nice day and God bless you all

Transactional Relationship

A young guy who was looking for a life partner told me how he had been sending money to his fiancee before she would come to his house. The guy works with Dangote Group as an Accountant while the lady works with a Federal Agency. He was worried that he had to send money to her whenever he wanted to see her.
When he told me, I asked if he knew how much the lady was earning per month and he told me it was about N250,000.00.  Yes, the economy is challenging, but 250k isn't small. She is definitely not struggling.

I didn't want to discourage him but it was a shame he didn't see the red flag. It wasn't a relationship. It was a business. Those who patronize prostitutes have no feelings attached. They were only transacting business.

Young men, if you have to send money all the time for her to come and see you, you are not in love, the two of you are in business. And no business is permanent. When he is tired, he will stop. When she sees a bigger offer, she will move.

I have been privileged to be loved by someone who knew I had no money. She was supportive and made me see through the future with her. She kept telling me to remain focused that we could fix things together by working hard together and achieving things together. We built like equal stakeholders and we never had any reason to see anything as being transactional.

It isn't just about the ladies. Guys too do it. Some ladies have to send transport fare to their guys before they visit. It is also transactional. And when they come, there is no conversation about getting better. It is all about the bed and boom, he is on his way back home!

I do not want to be misunderstood. Partners are free to support each other. Partners shouldn't hold anything back from each other. But a love partnership shouldn't be built on materialism. It should be built on mutual sacrifices, understanding, trust and belief in the future.

Even some parents are part of the transactions. Some parents accept who marry their daughters based on what they have. To them, they don't want their daughters to suffer. They prefer "Olorunsogo" to "Surulere". It is not every "Olorunsogo" that is as rosy as it looks. Some mansions are built on skulls and rot with the skulls. Why not understand the person you are building your future with. It is not tenured, it is forever. Therefore, your considerations should be on things that are eternal.
Young men and ladies, when you smell transactions in your relationship, run o. It will crash. The moment the transaction stops, the veil on the fake affection will also disappear!
A love relationship shouldn't be about the materials you can get, but the mentality and energy in it. Some we say na mentality we go chop? Yes, it is key. You won't have money all the time. What happens when you are broke?
Have you taken time to study the attitude of your partner when he or she is broke? Start from there. Then study how he or she relates with you when you are broke. Marriage is a marathon. You need to study your partner very well and understand how he or she responds to situations. Love is what it is when it is genuine. It covers deficiencies. It is manifest in all situations. It is happy in lack, humble in abundance. Love is the greatest gift.
Don't be stingy with your money towards your partner. If it is love, whatever you have is also his or hers. But when materialism is the foundation, there is no love and it is a time bomb.

Ladies, build with your men. You are more cherished when you walk into his life and make him better. Don't reject him because he is not driving Benz or living in Lekki. Accept him and give him all the confidence to be successful. You are a power behind him, not a termite! Be resourceful. Build yourself. Don't be a s#x toy, but an intellectual force that is programmed to excel.

Someone didn't want her daughter to get married to me because he felt I was from a family that was not rich. My dad was a teacher. We were also farming hard like others. The dad wanted her to bring home, the son of a rich man. Why Fanwo's son? I pitied her a lot because she was so much in love. And I will always be grateful to her for that.

Ladies, follow your dreams. Build yourself and be a blessing to whoever comes across you. Avoid transactional love. It is a time bomb.

  10. Alex finally started playgroup today after over 1 year plus with me. She’s doing playgroup just to start familiarizing herself with a school/teacher setting but most importantly to start getting used to German and probably pick some before she starts proper kindergarten in August.

We spent the whole week discussing it and she always ask that I stay with the teacher and not leave but I’d explain why I’d have to leave and come back later for her. Today, I woke her up this morning telling her, it’s time to prepare for school and this girl went into full blown cry that she doesn’t want to go to school.

She made me promise to stay with her in school and I agreed oh. So tell me why the moment we got to the school and she saw toys and ‘friends’, she just ran in without looking back and when I said ‘bye’, she screamed the bye back at me like ‘get the fuck out of here, miss’.

On one hand, I’m disappointed she betrayed me and on the other hand, I’m so happy I don’t have to worry about her crying because her precious mummy is not there.

    2. It is not too salty.

      It already contains salt.

Therefore there was no need for you yo add additional salt.

The fault was yours based on your ignorance.

      Own it.

And this is me who doesnt use commercial seasoning buycares that people try to at least hold themselves accountable especially when then truth is so obvious.

So Showmax people called me and told me about a promo they are doing where they cut off 50% of the monthly subscription.
They are really cashing out on the publicity that The real housewives of Lagos is giving them. Did they call you Phoenix, Elsa, Gifted, Praise, Suave? who else is watching Showmax?

Some got married and then had a baby and then disappeared like Emjay, Barrister Ama, Mrs A.E, Chi Aju Mbaise, etc
