Jude Okoye was brought before the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos, by the EFCC on February 26, 2025. He faces seven charges, including allegations of laundering N1.3 billion, $1 million, and €34,537.59.
Peter Okoye, Paul’s twin brother, revealed lin 2024 that he had filed a petition with the EFCC after discovering that Jude had created a separate company and was diverting funds from their joint venture. Jude denied these claims, stating that his company was not a secret and that, while they have a joint company, each brother also has his own private business—Peter with P-Classic and Paul with Rudeboy Records.
