I don’t have a problem with her choice but she saying typical 9ja girl rubbed me off the wrong way . I wonder what that meant though but not everyone is materialistic some people look at depth .
I visited Nigeria late last year after being away for 29 years. I was amazed at the level of lack I met on the ground. It left me speechless. Nigerians are deeply in need of empathy.
It therefore beggars belief when I find that our people "broke shame" themselves so much. And yet religious relics litter every space.
Money without common sense is not much better than poverty.
Taunting poor people is not a clean way to show how rich you are. It's exactly the opposite.
Why do "we" like insulting those who do not have? I feel really sad.
"Typical naija girl". She tagged other women. Lol. We always justify bad or what society says is bad behaviour or manners by tagging others as being in the same group with us. If she wants to market herself as good, she will say she is a "spec" - special, set apart from the rest Naija women.
The irony is that she is broke herself by the financial standard of men she seeks and even by the standard of some of the men she would call broke. Such is life.
They broke shame. But when name and or character shamed, they cry the loudest and genderise the issue. And the gullibe of their gender join them in arms under faux gender rights advocacy.
But truly wetin poor man wan give her? He wouldn't know what to do with himself when they are together..babe has her own shit going on for herself. She is a baller
Abi,clean swt guy like you..with Ur money that can gets u any girl u want why settle for a baby mama.. don't mind her,I hope she's not just bringing herself to the table too..
Exactly. Nobody knows tomorrow, the Bible says “I have seen servants on horses and princes walking…”. Marry someone you truly love who loves you and you can do life together. I have been with my husband for almost 35 years, we have been through highs & lows, thank God the highs are much more and we are at a very good stage in our older years.
You cannot predict life but you can choose love. Disregard this woman’s philosophy and that of those like her and her fans. They are short-sighted and misguided. “There is a way that seems right to a man but the end thereof is….”✌🏾
What is her qualification? It’s only in Nigeria that you can reinvent yourself and even buy a “Dr” title if you like without anyone knowing your educational background or career history. What exactly does she do for a living to be broke-shaming 90% of Nigerian men? I doubt Elon or Gates etc children will talk like this, they are more educated and sensitive. Life happens. Time and chance happens, get a job and invest and pray that circumstances beyond your control do not happen to you. Many thought like the rich fool in the Bible, that they have it all only to find out later in life that life is a marathon of 8 to 9 decades. Trust in God not in money and do good.
Yesterday, a woman said "you cannot afford me" We asked her if she was selling a commodity maybe "kongo meat". Today, another woman says she does not date broke men. We say she is right, it is her life and choice, she is real, etc. What is the difference between both women's statement?
