You don't need a shop for now...You can start from home in the sales, when you have gotten enough customers and revenue then you move to shop....
DeleteLook around your vicinity, your street e.t.c...What are they not selling that you can sell and it is in high demand....You can start by frying yam, akara, potato along with pap in the morning and evening....You don't need a shop for that if there is none in your area doing this....

DeleteYou can sell eggs (retail or in crates) at home. You will need a small sign post outside though so customers that know that you're selling.
You can make homemade snacks like chin chin, plantain chips, doughnuts, buns etc and sell in schools around you...
You can make zobo and kunu too and sell in car parks near you & schools.
You can do sharing of meat at the local abbatoir, then share in small parts, freeze & market to friends and church/mosque members. Same with ponmo, take around the neighborhood if you're not shy and do home selling.
You can learn how to make soap and sell from home in affordable size bottles etc
I believe others can chip in some other business ideas, good luck.
