Francis Van lare, father of Suzette Chibugo who is in the news on accusations of her frustrating her ex husband Ikenna Erinne a cardiologist in the US with child custody battle which made him lose his cardiology license and in the end he took his life.

DeleteThis is very sad. You don't ask for child support amount in the US. It is calculated using your monthly or annual income. As they were married, I am sure the amount included alimony. If he was not paying anything while the case was on, it may include back child support and alimony and those must be paid. These decisions are public record and one can get a copy of the decision to know truth. May he rest in peace.

ReplyDeleteI don’t know the details of this marriage but US courts decide amount to be paid depending on your income and back pay. It’s obvious he hasn’t been supporting his ex wife making the amount inflated possibly to cover back pay. We all know you are not to pay it immediately if you don’t have it. You can even declare bankruptcy if you do not have it.
