ONE WOMANS EXPERIENCE
I wish I can be dropping my experience at hiv clinic here, please ladies and gentlemen be careful out there, though hiv isn't the end of the world but it's not an easy disease to live with, it'll mess you up mentally, emotionally and psychologically.
I met some girls when I want for my drugs today, infact most of us looked very healthy, you wont even believe if I tell you I've been living with it knowingly since 2010 and I still see most of the people I met when I started the clinic all looking very well, that's why they say ' e no dey show for face "
Well back to the girls, they were gisting me and all the girls said their boyfriends aren't aware of their status, and even a married woman made same confession, age said maybe she contacted it from the man cos he's not married to only her, so if the man didn't come up to tell her, she'll not open mouth to tell him to avoid trouble on her head.
Anyway I tried to educate them on the risk of not telling their partner, partner that will stay will stay.
Anyway, the Koko of my tori is that if you've not tested yourself, now is the time. It doesn't kill if you know on time, I got to know when my CD 4 was low but I thank God for science, infact for 15 years to God be the glory, no sickness cos I don't missy drugs, I just head USA is withdrawing free hiv drugs, this is more reason you should check your lifestyle and may God help those of us already infected.

My husband had a patient whose husband didn’t know was positive. He counselled her to tell him but she refused. He felt bad because he met the poor young man who had the rest of his life ahead of him.

Nowadays ,you meet someone and within a week you are sleeping together already, when you get tires of each other ,you break up and move over to the next person and continue to sleep around with different people all in the Name of being in a relationship

People are not even afraid of sad and the different diseases flying around
Unlike before to mention having s* x in a public was a taboo.Now is one of the requirements for relationship. Women don't do ' shakara ' with their bodies anymore. Making it easy for men ,why it's difficult to differentiate between real men and f*ck boys. Some even fall at the first meeting.

ReplyDeleteAny time I take the drug is like am in other world. I complain to doctor, he said because am starting with time I ll get use to it.
But one year after the same thing. I have to stop taking it.
Am planning to start but am in a new environment for now which I don't know anywhere or anyone to ask. Am I have never disclose it to anyone before.
Let them change the drugs. Don't wait till the virus eats up system.

DeleteYou shouldn’t have stopped your drugs ooo, you should have had it changed. That means your system doesn’t go with that particular drug. Because maximum 2 weeks, you should have adjusted nicely to it. However, some people have resistance to all the types of drugs even if they change it, that’s the most scariest one. I hope that won’t be your case. Get a new one immediately as starting and stopping is very deadly too

ReplyDeleteThe people hiding their status from their sexual partners are demons from the pit of hell. How do you watch someone else live unknowingly with HIV which if left untreated for a long while would degenerate into AIDS. It's appalling. I hope they are exposed but honestly the best thing is to get tested & safe sex.

Been celibate for 6 years now and I’m not settling cheating is a deal breaker the thing that scares the most is being married to someone that would infect me from cheating not easy but I thank God.

DeletePlease I have a quesion, Can I get HIV via Oral sex? Even if i go wash my mouth immediately. Also, as a woman, if I have only had oral sex what are the tests I need to take to ensure that I am healthy. As I cannot have a pap smear.

May the Lord have mercy upon us, been celibate as a single person is the best, and if married and you don't trust your spose please practice safe sex and insist to know their status, the earlier the better.
