It's a Brand New Year! Thank you Lord for the gift of life. We do not take it for granted. In 2025, just like other years, we know we will laugh, cry, make mistakes, and (hopefully, learn from them), make huge profits, suffer a few losses, grow, fall and rise. But through it all, may our laughter be GREATER than our tears. And may our dreams, see the light of day. 🙏

To tell the truth, I didn’t want 2025 to come. I know the work ahead of me this year, it will be like none before, I will need the strength of Samson to get through it. And it begins on Thursday.

May we all get what we need this year, whether it be extra energy, good health, peace of mind, money, employment, a spouse, a home, a child, closeness and oneness with God, wisdom, discernment, joy, abundance, prosperity, happiness, whatever it is; may we all get what we need this year and may we handle it with care, treat it well, nourish it and sustain it so it grows and get better for us.

John chapter 2 introduces us to the beginning of the ministry of Jesus.

John 2:1-5

In the above verse, note that Jesus was not invited because they wanted a miracle. He was invited as an ordinary guest. In fact, It was his mother that got the invitation and Jesus went along with his friends. They were not known for miracles. They were not popular.

Why did his mother come to him with the problem of no wine?
Why was she so sure that she instructed his friends to do whatever he asked them to do?

Only one answer comes to my mind. Jesus had been practicing miracles at home. He had demonstrated his capacity several times and his mother was confident that he had extraordinary ability to do the supernatural.

That was why she could confidently say, _Do whatever he says...._

Listen to the WORD. The word can become anything. His mother knew it. She had seen it.

What do you lack? What do you need? Do you have the Word? Have you spoken it yet?

Are you faced with death? Speak Life.
Are you in lack? Speak Abundance
Is it a health problem? Speak healing.

It is The Word, not the thought. Speak it, don't think it. Speak the Word of God.

The word becomes what it is sent forth to become. It is an ironclad assurance.

*Isaiah 55:11 so My word that proceeds from My mouth will not return to Me empty, but it will accomplish what I please, and it will prosper where I send it.*

*Job 22:29 states: "When men are cast down, then thou shalt SAY, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person."*

Read it again. When men are cast down, you ```SHALL SAY,``` not think, but say. The word must be spoken then it materializes, evolves into what it is said.

Jesus spoke, the disciples fetched the water poured it into the pot and then, when they drew it out, the word had become WINE.
