ReplyDeleteThere is a lot of embezzlement going on in the UN, and the funding they do does not get to the grassroots root as it should, Vaccine for infants in Nigeria especially provision for Hard to reach areas is the story for another day; the more the funds are spread to the lower tier, the smaller it is in portions till it's not available at the lowest tier to use, which is where they need it most. If this will help curb embezzlement, it's okay. All will be well
