    Heavenly Father,we thank you for another wonderful Sunday morning.
    The LORD will guide you always; He will satisfy your needs In a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame.You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.
    (Isa.58:11)
    Beloved of God,may we return all praise to Him, who brought us up alive today. And as for today and this week,the Lord will perfectly guide us and our families; surely we will lack nothing good for He will satisfy our needs.
    We pray,the Lord increases and strengthen our frame to His glory. We declare our garden of life watered by the Almighty like a spring whose waters never fails in Jesus name 🙏.

    Mathew 6:16-17 But when thou fastest anoint thine head and wash thy face,: that thou not appear unto men fast , but unto your father, which is in secrets and thy father which seeth in secrets shall reward thee openly .

    God recognizes fasting and prayers and it is his will that we should engage in the altar of fasting and prayers and he gives us assurance when we fast he will answer us Isaiah 41;17

    fasting and prayers is meant to deliver an answer according matter 6:18 so any time you engage in fasting expect your answers

    Why must I fast and pray?

    The reason you must fast,is because there is some spirit you cant cast out Mark 9:29
    Again when you fast your spiritual strength shall be renewed Isaiah 40;31

    what is fasting?

    Fasting and praying is About you bringing your body under subjection of the holy ghost, and also discipline your self in other to get what you want from God Rom13:14

    What are the benefits of Fasting and prayers?
    1) It brings down every mountain before you Zech 4:7
    2 It makes you to be full of power Luke 4:14 & 32
    3) It help us to receive divine revelation from God Jer 33:3
    4) It gives us victory over our enemies 1Kings 18: 37;_40

    To Crown it all
    Ezra 8:23 when the people besought God he was untreated with them, that means whenever we fast and pray God hears us and he will kindly grant us our hearts desire.
