He can’t end it, the process it takes to end it is long and almost impossible. All these executive action cannot end one of the most important constitutional amendments. It will take 2/3 of the both arms of congress(democrats will never support) and 2/3 of each state to make it happen. So this executive order is just to appease his base, a lot of barking but no biting on this one.
