PINKYS CORNER
 This is heartbreaking
Let's always pray and tell God to take control of our daily activities. Though, those who lost their lives also prayed but we still need to be prayerful and watchful.

There is this woman who was either going to her shop or going home whichever way. Both were standing under a pole waiting for bike(from source). They had waited for a few minutes and no bike came their way. Not long, the naked wire on the pole sparked and a line fell on the boy . People rushed down to assist and the boy was rushed to a nearby hospital for first aid but was rejected. They called on a micra to take him down to UCH but before the micra could drive down to where they are, the boy gave up.

The woman was on the floor rolling and crying bitterly. I was confused thinking it was her husband who died or may be one of her parent when I saw her on my way to deliver a charger. I had to wait to ask questions. Its so painful she has to lose that boy in that manner. I pray we won't have anything reason to bury any of our child in Jesus name.

Its like you omitted something cos the story no complete somehow....

*BITTER WORDS FROM ELDERS*
1 ....Nobody respect a rag until their shoes is dirty, so stay in your corner. Don't beg people to know your value, when the time comes, nobody will tell them to look for you

2.....Don't be too available for people because longtime no see is better than this Idiot has come again.

3....Control your Anger because it is just one letter away from Danger.

4.... Don't show everyone your wounds, not everyone is holding a bandage, some are holding salt and/or vinegar to increase the pains.

5.... Dont plant thorns on someones path, your children may take that route barefooted one day.

6.... One mistake you should never make in this life is to allow yourself to be recruited by someone to *hate* another person who hasn't wronged you.

7.... Don't compare your life with others, there is no comparison between the sun and moon as they shine when it is their time.

May God bless us with beneficial knowledge and make us better persons

  4. Wait a minute!!! So Speed Darlington is still in detention over a month now and haven't been charged to court. I thought I read somewhere he was released. So that news wasn't true?

Burna Boy need to get him released at this moment if ever he intend to savage whatever that's still left over his battered image of arrogance. I see Chief Priest releasing him if he doesn't do that now and he should know what that means. This will further place him so bad before the court of public opinion. At the end, he will be the loser in it all. It doesn't matter the lies anyone is feeding him on. He'll be the bigger loser.

Chief priest isn't my kind of guy but then, one thing you can't take away from him is true loyalty.

I'm one of the people who condemned Speed Darlington outburst but using state power in victimizing and oppressing a fellow Nigerian is what I would never subscribe to. Not in this life. There's a reason we have the law court.

Let's keep our fingers crossed and watch as things unfold.

  9. On Saturday, I was introduced to someone that was good in making locs. I have read enough reviews that it's a little bit painful, so I had the mind but I guess they didn't explain it well.
I had my starter locs, at the beginning I was coping with the whole pulling and whatever she was doing not until she got to a place at the front and I was having tremor from the pain.
when she finished, some nerves on my scalp were screaming for help, especially the front and the back area of my head.😭

For two days I was on paracetamol, some part still hurts when touched and I have been thinking if I can actually do this dread journey, although everyone says it so fine and I look ten years younger than my age but naso the pain dey be? I can't deal oooo

@ purest pure; Never bring register oooo, it's not easy fa.
@ Marie and Caren......when I gather liver for the microbladding and piercing, I will update you both.

    13. Loc is not painful. It depends on the technique used. Look for a loctician that does palm rolling. I've been on locs for 10 years now and its on top of my bum but I wonder why people say its painful. The advantage of palm rolling is that you hardly experience breakage, its fuller and you don't loose your edges. In the process of crocheting( that is using pin) the hair breaks at the knot created.
