Court Fixes Date To Hear VDM's Pre. Objection Challenging Defamation Suit Against Him By The Falanas

The Ikeja High Court in Lagos has set February 19, 2025, to hear the preliminary objection filed by VeryDarkMan (VDM),who is challenging the defamation suit brought against him by renowned human rights lawyer Femi Falana (SAN) and his son, musician Falz (Folarin Falana).


The Falanas are seeking ₦500 million each in damages over allegations made in a viral video where VDM claimed they accepted ₦10 million from crossdresser Idris Okuneye to manipulate justice. 
The court had previously ordered VDM to take down the video and refrain from further defamatory publications.
It looks like this case will go to court afterall.......
