  8. Was with one, one time like that. He was the seventh child and first boy after six girls.

It was his mum said, my mum this and my mum that. He nearly suffocated my life with mum this and that.

I tried to understand him being that he was born after six girls .

Omo, it was just too much .
    And very annoying something.

    It's Junior this, junior that.

I resorted to fate when I finally discovered that I'm their Customer Service, anytime they don't reach their son/brother that's when they call me and I'll still hear "where's Junior?"😭😔
    .
My own side, they totally forget I'm an old married woman, ordering me not to cut their call to attend to my immediate family.
    Na so.
    😂

  14. I dated one.
Like, we know what each one is about to say even before the sentence is uttered or completed. If I mention his name, lasan, he will call me from wherever he is and the conversation will start like, "Hello xxx, you called me." Oh, that guy is so kind, caring, wants the best outta anyone that crosses his path. That guy made me believe in marriage, cos me, I be no dey reason that marriage thing. He showed me what to love is about. I can go on and on.
But, whenever he is sick, he will call his mother. It's his mother that will tell him the drugs to get and the dosage to use. His ex girlfriend, whenever she dreams, he will tell her to go and tell his mother. (The day he told me this one ehn, I tried not to loose guard)
When he was going on and on about us getting married and all that, I said, okay, let's pray about it before informing our parents.
A week later, he came with the "glad tidings" of "My mummy said I shouldn't marry you." I asked why? He said she said nothing. That he shouldn't marry me.
Isokay. I cried and moved on.
He took, I think one or two more before his mum finally agreed on one.
And then, one day, we had to be in the same function.
I came, saw him and the wife. Later the parents came. Me, I no send anybody oh! I was just helping the hostess cos she had told me earlier that she would need my help. But then, bobo won't let me be. Just kept hovering around someone and all that shit.
Baba go and face your wife and leave me alone abeg.
When I was about taking my leave, mummy's boy insisted on seeing me off, meanwhile his mum and dad were busy scolding the wife for reasons I know not. I told the young man to go and stay by his wife. He said, "Wo, that one is their business. When they are done talking to her, we will go home."
I felt bad but fortunately a bike came along. I climb bike and find my square root.
