Yes! It should be regulated
ReplyDeleteI feel there should be adequate punishment for certain level of pranksters.
DeleteSocial media should be regulated.
DeleteAbeg why will social media be banned? Everything that has positive side also has negative side, it is not the fault of social media or people that created social that some people are using their social media account in a negative way.
ReplyDeleteSo to me, social media should be regulated.
If it's possible it should be regulated..
ReplyDeleteNo oooo
ReplyDeleteSocial Media should not be banned o.

To avoid insult..
Try and Ignore some setting things.
Hello iya Boys
I think social media should be regulated in Nigeria. The lies and fake news is too much.
ReplyDeleteIt should be regulated.
ReplyDeleteShould be regulated.
ReplyDeleteNo, I don't support it.
ReplyDeleteEveryone should be free to express their selves besides no-one subscribe for me.
Do you people know the difference between censorship and regulation and how blurred those lines get in a country as lawless as Nigeria?
ReplyDeleteThe cyber space is already regulated. The real issue here is that the government doesn’t like certain perceptions going out. Think the twitter ban. So they’re looking for ways to censor all adverse media true or false.
We know their gimmick. True journalists fighting for truth and transparency know this too.
It should not be bound but regulated
ReplyDeleteIt's okay. The way it's. No children should have social media account until 16.
ReplyDeleteIt should definitely be regulated in Nigeria.
ReplyDeleteSocial media is just like life on the road. Lots of lies, make believe, anger and life problems. Social media is where AI will be trained in understanding humans and outsmarting them. Age restrictions should be enforced as best as possible.
ReplyDeleteIt could be zoned like how countries are zoned and folks decide the specific kind of content they want to come in contact with, maybe some kind of passport system to explore other spaces🤷🏽♀️
Yes it should be regulated and hopefully it gets done soon.
ReplyDeleteregulated ..... YES
ReplyDeletebanned ......... NO
It has become an avenue for the innocent to be heard. the evil doers to be exposed with EVIDENCE. Government to be held accountable for lies. Corruption to be exposed. Justice to be gotten to an extent. Take a look at the countries that banned SM, the citizens cry and die in silence because they cant be heard nor help come their way.
Finally, thanks to SM, MASTERMINDS of SA and FRKKKoffs have been exposed!!!!!!!
Yes! One of its biggest benefits is to give voice to the voiceless and amass a large amount of support for a just cause. It is social media that alerted us the slavery in Libya. It’s a very powerful tool when used justly.
DeleteIt should be regulated if possible
ReplyDeleteThey should regulate it.
ReplyDeleteThe lies is very much.
Fake lives everywhere.
Oppression full everywhere.
Social media should be regulated. Some people have constitute nuisance on that space.
ReplyDeleteI think social media should be regulated
ReplyDeleteI hope y’all don’t end up regretting what u are wishing for
ReplyDeleteEka the truth is that I don't like the fake news however if the government comes into it online inlaws will complain tire because they will not have any medium to express their views.
DeleteThe Most Complex B
It should be regulated
ReplyDeleteIt should be regulated for adults and be banned for children. The advent of social media has greatly reduced reading culture in our children, they spend more time doing tiktok, instagram and watching facebook reels than they read their books. I could remember while growing up, reading of newspapers, magazines, novels takes more of our (my friends and I) time than the chores in our houses, going to library every saturday and holidays is an habit we were use to. It's so unfortunate what is happening today.
ReplyDeleteNa ignorance dey worry many of una when dey shout "regulation", una never know wetin Una dey call for,by the time the regulation start ehn,una go cry, make una dey play with fire first.
ReplyDeleteNa so e dey start
DeleteAsin eh!!! Just give govt an inch and they'll grab, snatch and run with a mile. There'll be not difference between regulation and ban
DeleteVery regulated. Trolls be doing the most
