I am making Chilli con carne today with Basmatti rice and fried plantain by the side......I add carrots, yellow, green,red pepper, onions,nutmeg,currytomoaotes, minced meat or beef cutinto bits......I use white beans, red beans and green beans.........This food type is very healthy.....
