Tuesday In House News

 Hailings....

 IN HOUSE MEMO
Shout out to you all........There is no place like home...I was so happy to be discharged from Hospital today and i got home to my comfort zone where i will heal better and faster in my familiar place......The posts will still be coming in short as i heal....
Thank you to all those who reached out that i could not reply their mails or whatsapp messages...I am overwhelmed and the pain i am going through removes words from my mouth and chatting makes me hurt...I need quiet and i have it.......Someone asked me if i went for tummy tuck and i just read the message and did not reply...Is the kind of pain they pass through? If na so make i rock the belle......Those who have ever been through CS or Myom pain can understand that it takes a strong person to come out of this.....I thank God for saving me........I had myom so big that it could not be detected becos it covered everywhere, they only kept seeing the small ones until the D day.........
Please if you have Myom, dont nurse it like a baby, go get it out, that thing is a silent killer.i cannot beleive that thing was inside of me,my body went into shock...Please pardon me guys cos I am still in shock.....
Please you people should thank God for me ooooh........
So let me ask some questions....
How long did you carry the thing before you got it out? How long have you been carrying it? Are you Anemic cos of it?Are you married?I heard some womens own is so bad that their husband  runs away.....
I heard a lady travelled abroad to Naija to have operation, she kept saying that oyibo docs dont know what fibroid is cos oyibo women dont have it....Well, thats not true, all the women i saw here who had Myom surgery are white.....The Docs by the grace of God know exactly what to do...They study your body like a book before they get started..........
One or two people are saying they did not get their give away, plus the person who scammed it off me cos i delegated the money to someone else......I will come back to the scam case with curses when i am strong enough......
I have moved on from the giveaways and let me start it here now that FROM NOW ON...giveaways will only be with IDS i am familiar with and no new person and i wont be needing anyone to choose for me......To the people who scammed me I am not ready to curse you but i leave you with this.. your daughters and your daughters daughters will be plaqued with myoms until you return the money in this generation or the next....think about it..
I will plan a giveaway to ceebrate soon.......Myom giveaway...LOL

A MEMO TO SINGLE LADIES
If you are a SINGLE Woman, and you get a Man who is ready to settle down with you, stick with that Man. Don’t be rude and disrespectful.
Be submissive and plug yourself into his purpose.
Age doesn’t favour Women, but Men. We all know this FACT.
You will hit 35+ very soon with no one to protect and provide for you.
The world is rough for Women above 35 Years.
It won’t pamper you the way it did in your 20s.
This is the brutal truth.
A 20-year-old woman is 10 times more valuable in the dating market than a 20-year-old man.
Why? Because at that age, Women are in their prime. Their youth, beauty, and perceived fertility make them highly sought after, especially in a world where these traits are culturally and biologically prioritized in romantic relationships.
On the flip side, a 20-year-old man is often seen as a work in progress.
At that stage in life, men are typically just starting to figure things out—finishing school, building careers, and finding their footing.
They don’t yet possess the power, resources, or influence that make them attractive in the eyes of most women.
Society doesn’t place as much immediate value on a young man’s potential, it values results, and at 20, most men are still far from achieving their peak.
Let’s flip the coin.
At 35+, the game changes entirely.
A man at 35 who has spent the last two decades building himself—his wealth, reputation, and character—is 10 times more valuable in the dating market than a 35-year-old woman.
At this stage, men hold the power cards, they’ve likely achieved financial stability, amassed influence, and developed the confidence and maturity that women find irresistible.
A high-value man in his 40s has options.
Contrast that with a 35+-year-old woman.
Harsh as it may sound, society is far less forgiving when it comes to aging women.
The dating market places less value on the qualities that women are often judged by in their 20s—youth and beauty.
By 35+, many women find themselves competing against younger, more “desirable” options.
While men age like fine wine, women are often judged as aging like milk—a brutal reality shaped by biology, culture, and hypergamy.
Fellas, stop comparing yourself to women in your 20s. At that age, the dating world isn’t designed to work in your favor.
Women in their early years will always have an advantage, as their value in the dating market is at its peak.
Focus on building yourself instead. Grind, hustle, and grow. Develop your skills, stack your money, and level up your confidence. Your time is coming.
Don’t chase the instant gratification of early success. The real payoff comes later in life, when you’ve built a foundation that makes you a force to be reckoned with.
Men peak later than women, and when that peak comes, you’ll have the upper hand in the dating game.
Understand this,
Women know this game better than you think. That’s why many in their 30s and 40s start “settling” or rushing to lock down high-value men before their options dwindle.
Don’t let desperation or manipulation cloud your judgment.
Stay sharp, stay focused, and remember that your value increases over time, as long as you keep working on yourself.
In conclusion.
Youth gives women the edge early on, but time gives men the ultimate advantage.
Play the long game, Fellas. The rewards are worth the wait. You are the PRIZE.

    2. You mean you'll eat in a restaurant even on a Christmas day? I don't fancy that. Why not cook at home. I already got some drinks I will take tomorrow at home. Expecting some visitors as well.

Tomorrow is a resting day for me. Will make my meal tonight. I settled for Chicken egusi soup with kpomo and mangala fish for the Christmas enjoyment proper. Don't feel like eating rice.

  14. Stella, I am so happy to hear you have been discharged. God will heal you completely. My surgery took about 3hrs, cos it was the big ones they saw first (one in my womb). I wasn't anemic, but I bled after the surgery. I fell ill, my body rejected the blood given to me. I wasn't given any strong pain med, till it was serious (cos my body had gotten used to pain meds). I spent almost 2weeks in the hospital. I had to remove mine cos the pain and discomfort was bad, and then my belly. Oh! It was so big, my Mum's friend saw me and congratulated me, thinking I was pregnant. 🀣🀣. And then first time you get to fart (after surgery) is a thing of joy. 🀣🀣

  21. My two cents on women and their health. I have seen cases and still counting. We women, most of us care for others and forget ourselves.
Recently, I have noticed an alarming rise in hormonal imbalance, ovarian cases, fibroid and gallbladder stones( mostly in women).
I found out that the girl child matured early while the boy child spoiled early before maturity, so I advise teaching sex education to our children as early as possible, no sugar coating words!
FIBROID: Black women have genetic variations or mutations that can cause fibroid development. It is genetic too, I have seen patients with family history of myoma. Position of the myoma plays a role in child bearing, anyone that doesn't suppress the lining, doesn't affect pregnancy taking place ,it's just that in some cases , as pregnancy progresses, most myomas increase in size due to blood supply. Some believe that when a woman is of child bearing age , and didn't, that fibroid grows or spaces after birthing children enhance fibroid development, but I have seen women with child birth spaces of 10 to 20 years with no fibroid and normal healthy pregnancy.
I noticed that most patients with myoma have almost the same lifestyle and in cases I have seen multiple myomas, the patient is an addicted Soy lover! Mostly soy milk! Bread and alcohol help wella too.
When it's like one or two and not stopping fertilisation and there is no pain, I advise patient to just moderate lifestyle of sugar and carbs, few days to their period ,there is a list of herbs that they prepare for themselves, drink it to their cycle just to see parts that can just flow out with their cycle, cos nothing you take will uproot myoma from its root except surgery! After surgery, women still in child bearing age are advised to get pregnant because if not well managed with strict lifestyle changes, it grows back . Doctor's effect too, some doctors are better off handling the surgery than others! If the person is approaching menopause and doesn't feel any pain, I advise to leave cos with menopause it turns calcified, I have seen elderly women with calcified ones with pain especially when there is sign of UTI.
Vitamin D supplements have been said to help stop further development of fibroid.
HORMONAL IMBALANCE: Knowing your cycle helps you to have a safe sex period. A 28th day cycle , from the 19th day of cycle can't get pregnant because in most situations the eggs have been released and fertilisation took place. Many women, once after any protected sex ,take different types of concoction that messes with their hormones, and most medications to balance the hormones cause more harm than good.
OVARIAN CASES:Depending on the phase you are in your cycle, taking certain medication can interfere with your ovary, even Family planning leads to ovarian issues in some women.
GALLBLADDER STONES: The number I have seen in women this year alone, hmm. The pain is something else. In most cases, there is Ulcer, the patient will think it is still ulcer.
Ulcer doesn't have any permanent cure! Once you have Helicobacter Pylori, just be careful with what you eat and drink so as not to have inflammation in your stomach walls. Using pain relief tablets most times leads to ulcer, late night food, exposure to carbonated drinks etc. When you have pains under your rib cage, at the chest, somewhere in the middle of back, shoulder pain and in serious cases around the neck, please run these tests H.pylori and stool occult, before you start vomiting blood, and that's ain't a good sign.
Back to gallbladder, having personal chats with my patients that have the issue, I found out they are all addicted to excessive Maggi and all these sachets of spices and secondly some that use carbonated drinks to take medicines.
Before I conclude, chronic stress affects most of us well and this can speed the development of these I mentioned above.
My humble two cents from my patients!
    To be continued

  22. Two cents tips for women:
1)Manage your stress levels to minimum, get adequate sleep ,6 to 8 hours every night.
2)Know your body strengths and weaknesses before any medication, we are individually different
3)Use pain relief only when it is very important, when you are in menstrual pain, try a hot water pack. When there is a headache, take a good nap, you will wake up thinking they just put your head in a fridge.
4)Use body movement a lot, Walking is very beneficial in weight loss, regulating blood pressure/sugar, equally aids with hormonal issues.
5)Use natural spices to cook, check the price of nutmeg seed, and the quantity after grinding it,then compare it with the price of sachet nutmeg in the market and quantity, do the mathematics, there lies your answer.
6)When you are above 35 years ,eat mostly with your eyes. For your own good, practice intermittent fasting, make sure there is 8 to 10 hours between each meal you take. If your schedule makes you eat late night food, skip breakfast, you can take water, fruit juice or fruit as breakfast, then eat the next meal between 1pm to 2pm.
7)Any doctor that you have that is not curious about your sleeping hours, lifestyle, family history, etc, please get yourself a second opinion!

NOTE: Opinions contrary to mine are welcome , we are all here to learn! This my experience with thousands of patients that I have performed ultrasound imaging on.
I do ultrasound imaging on Abdominal, Prostate, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Small parts ( Breast, Throat,Scrotal).

    2. Thanks for this write up.

I am above 35years, do you mean we should eat twice daily, because of the 8_10 hrs difference between meals.

For me I weigh 58kg presently, although I used to weigh 65kg....won't I further dissappear with this practice and I hope 30 mins walk a day is fine.

      Delete
    3. @ Mariam, our kg comes mostly from our bone mass, check your stress level, you can lift weight if it's possible for you. Yes from that age it's safer to eat twice daily, just make the meals worth it to your own satisfaction and 30 minutes walk daily is perfectly fine

    3. Yea, we all go through pains like you rightly said. But of a truth, the pains some women pass through most times are indescribable. Our body system differs. So I will be economical with the truth if i say the pains of women can be equated to what men are going through in their pursuit for financial breakthrough. Remember, some women are shouldering family responsibilities too, same way men are doing.

Believe me when I say the pains of men and women can't be debated or say to be same. Women are indeed strong. I will give them that credit at least for this. I have seen what pains does to a woman.

Boss, I wouldn't wanna debate this. It's a known fact.

Have had fibroid surgery twice, the first one was I think 14 to 15 years ago. That one was sooo big, when measured it was like a 33 weeks pregnancy. People would see me and congratulate me on my pregnancy and even give me advice on what to do for safe delivery.Took all sorta shit cos I didn't wanna go the surgery way, well yeah na surgery still do am last last.
The second was last year Oct I had it removed,I posted about it here i think this year. That one wasn't big,but it was on a nerve and I had a previous hernia surgery that complicated issues so I was in extra pro max pain every other day until i had it removed.Alhamdu lillah raubil Alamin.

There was a significant positive impact after my surgery. My weight shot up and I could do more physical activity. The thing traumatized me eeh.

I'm anemic, I discovered this year and was very shocked when they told me I have fibroids, because I believed any woman that has it must have big belly, I'm still managing it and can't afford to do surgery for now, maybe next year, if God turns things around for good, I will.
But the thing really showed me pepper this year, from excessive bleeding to chronic stomach pains with vomiting non stop, I was rushed to hospital on emergency twice this year, I pray never to encounter something like that again in my life.
