  1. Wow! My countenance changed at that point that 'She killed me'.

I'm not going to point accusing fingers, I'll only say that, 'YOU ARE A VERY FORTUNATE FELLA'.

    1. Truth is : There are still good hearted Nigerian women out there, but they are very few! These days, it's strictly transactional relationships everywhere you go in Nigeria. Most women think they are doing you a favor by having sex with you, like say na only punani man come na..k for this life. Most of them go into relationships cause of they they stand to gain. Nigerian women should try and do better...your only contribution in a relationship can't be only kpekus..

    2. That's because men act like puna...whatever is what they came here for. No matter how angelic you are if you don't give that they don't appreciate.
I remember supporting an ex who never gave me a dime and I didn't expect from him because I wasn't sleeping with him but I was supporting him because he told me before we dated that he was broke. Despite my support, care, prayers and attention he was still asking for s.x and started giving me attitude because I didn't want to engage in it beforehand marriage...so I left him. Men too need to stop acting like a sick puppy because of it.What he also failed to talk about is that he treats the Latino woman like an equal. He cooks, cleans, washes, does grocery shopping and all things he would never boldly do if he was married in Nigerian woman. A lot of Nigerian men whose wife tried treating them with kindness would leave the burden of the household chores on their wives and be chasing things in skirts. Look at his mom telling him to kneel for the wife. You think she would have said same thing to him if he was in Nigeria married to a Nigerian woman?
Nigerian men and women should thrive to treat each other with kindness and respect.

  2. This is quite shocking! I was just playing the whole narration like a video in my head.
It's inspiring to hear that his patience led to peace in the end, such moments remind us of the strength in perseverance and the reward that often follows.

  3. I had goose bumps reading this. The shabby way an African would treat an African.

It didn't make sense making him a housel help just to lift him out of his dungeons.

Am glad things turned out well for him eventually.

    Kai, what prejudice!

  18. This is the normal behaviour of some American citizens nau. Once they have the papers, you become a slave and a worthless human being yet they’re miserable with their citizenship.

  19. In this America, just pray that you land in the midst of people that have the fear of God and a little bit of conscience. Pray that you meet people that love and forgive themselves enough to have some little kind of love for you. God has been faithful and merciful to say the least.
