Men and women, live you life as possible as you can and stop complicating things for yourself, kids, family and the society.

But the benefit out weighs, cause the health of the mother is preserved and she can work towards achieving an intended goal.

DeleteAs 2024 comes to an end, I find myself looking back on the year with a mix of gratitude and reflection. It’s been a year full of good, bad and ugly challenges. I can remember in the first quarter of this year when I fell so ill that I thought it would be the end for me, but against all odds, I'm grateful to God that I survived. Or was it when I had an accident and dislocated my right arm? Hmmmmm... there are lots of things to say, but I just give thanks to God for everything. Nobody actually knows how I pulled myself together to survive, even when I was in pain and hurting I just had to encourage myself and never give up.

As we gradually approach the end of this beautiful year, let us reflect on the power of faith to overcome fear.
ReplyDeleteIn a world filled with uncertainty, fear often tries to take hold of our hearts and minds. But as followers of Christ, we are called to live by faith, trusting in God’s power and promises rather than being controlled by fear.
2 Timothy 1:7
“For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love, and self-discipline.”
Fear is a natural response when facing the unknown, but as believers, we have been given the Holy Spirit, who empowers us to stand firm and face challenges with courage. The Spirit of God does not lead us to timidity or anxiety; instead, He equips us with power, love, and self-discipline. These gifts help us rise above fear and walk boldly in God’s will for our lives.
When we face fears—whether of the future, our circumstances, or our own inadequacies—we can remember that we are not alone. God’s Spirit is with us, strengthening us to move forward with faith. We are called to trust in His power and let His love drive out all fear.
Isaiah 41:10: “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
1 John 4:18: “There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love".
Take a moment today to identify a fear that has been weighing on you. surrender it to God in prayer, asking Him to replace it with His peace and confidence. Trust that His Spirit will guide you to overcome that fear and walk in His victory.
May we walk in faith, not fear, knowing that God's power is at work within us!

ReplyDeleteI don't know who need to read this, but you deserve people in your life who think you're a big deal. No competition, no backhanded comments, no jealousy, no comparison, no hate. Just sincere love everyday and everytime. You think you are asking for too much, until you see someone who does it naturally. You don't even have to ask or force it. May God give us someone that will match our energy and give is peace of mind. It is so important to have people cheer you up and make you feel good about yourself, especially when you're feeling unsure and down. Nothing beats having someone who cleans the fog off your eyes every once in a while, just so you can see how much good you deserve and are capable of doing.

As 2024 comes to an end, I find myself looking back on the year with a mix of gratitude and reflection. It’s been a year full of good, bad and ugly challenges. I can remember in the first quarter of this year when I fell so ill that I thought it would be the end for me, but against all odds, I'm grateful to God that I survived. Or was it when I had an accident and dislocated my right arm? Hmmmmm... there are lots of things to say, but I just give thanks to God for everything. Nobody actually knows how I pulled myself together to survive, even when I was in pain and hurting I just had to encourage myself and never give up.
ReplyDeleteBut you see this God, He always comes through for us at the right time. The year ended well for me and I give thanks to God for putting a smile on my face. To all BVs who prayed for me, all I can say is thank you very much and I pray that God with his infinite mercies will come through for you all.
Mami Stella.... sweetest of all, you are caring, loving, amazing, classic and unique in your own way. You are a rare gem, you have a very large heart, you are a shining star. Your unwavering generosity, your kindness and the impact you have made on human lives is unbelievable. I'm beyond grateful to be part of your kindness, I'm truly grateful for everything. May Almighty God continue to bless you. May the bountiful blessings from heaven continue to overflow in your life. Thank you for everything. I pray for your speedy recovery, and God will continue to strengthen you.

Those in the village, be very careful so you don't step on juju meant for another person or eat poison in foods o.
Some people will return to their base in January and fall terribly sick from poisoned food/drink or juju. Pls let's be careful, humans are wicked.
