The petition, which is 90 pages long and dated December 6, 2024, alleges that Farotimi violated multiple provisions of the Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners. The allegations include making false accusations against the Supreme Court and the legal profession, participating in unlawful conduct, and engaging in disrespectful and unprofessional behavior.
The petition also claims that Farotimi's actions have brought the legal profession into disrepute and have the potential to undermine public trust in the judiciary....

DeleteBlogbrity, I hope you are not insinuating that Afe Babalola, was wrong in following up with the defamation? Farotimi is a Lawyer and he should be made to pay for the the defamation without evidence. He claims to be a mad man, let him stay where mad men belongs!
