For me, I'll say the year 2024 has been a roller coaster year. While I acknowledge God's supernatural grace and favour upon my life, I won't fail to also ponder on the other down side of life as well. Though this isn't the best of years to me, but I'm excitedly grateful on how far God's mercy kept me and have seen me through thick and thin.

Few days to the end of the year. It's a perfect time as I ponder on the memories life brought to me. Sometimes, I cry remembering the days I did laugh. Other times I put up a smile remembering those days I cried over life difficulties.
It can only get better......
Immensely, I want to thank Stella(SDK) Angel Pee and Angel Star for their great financial support towards me and my hustles. Words alone can't describe how much I appreciate these acts of benevolence from you all. May God's countenance shines always on you all and may your good heart desires be granted unto perfection even before you ask. Iseee.

I won't fail to acknowledge and appreciate Bvs as well who have got my back here. I will mention no names else someone inadvertently be missed. Most importantly, the ones who genuinely wish me well and have always drawn my attention to my flaws here. Your advice really shaped me to a large extent. I thank you all. May I also say, I still welcome constructive criticism and corrections as I seek to do better in life. 🙏
To my haters, I also appreciate you guys. You all kept me on my toes. You guys were the reason I have sworn never to fail in this life. Thanks for putting up this challenge to me😂 I have embraced and chested it.

This whole writing won't be complete if I fail to apologize to persons I may have unintentionally wronged or hurt by my comments or reactions in the course of our banters and arguments here this year. Pls do let go and forgive. I'm a nice and lovable guy you know. Sometimes emotion ends up taking the better part of us. I also bear no grudge on anyone who in one way or the other insulted, ridiculed, defamed and wish me evil. I choose forgiveness as I move forward.
On everyone hurting, may God fix and heal you all unto wholesomeness.
In 2025, it's my sincere prayer that everyone seeking God's intervention should be met accordingly. May God bless us all.

.I am thankful for life, this year has been an eventful year for me. I started this year as a manager of a hotelbut has to resigned. God has been so good to me, things I can't imagine I can achieve, God made them possible for me. Yes some of my expectations were not met, two miscarriages, disappointment, betrayal. But this is my conclusion !!!!God is so good. And I have come to judge him faithful.

ReplyDeleteSee I later visited that my female friend that her husband didn't come back to country,we crooked fried rice and chicken plus salad,I prepared peppered chicken beacause she don't know how to do it, the next day she ordered fresh Palm wine from her town and they delivered immediately 😘😘
Today we cooked onugbu soup and jollof rice,abeg is good to be good oo😍🥰

DeleteHmmmmmmmmmmmm! I don't even know where to begin. One hundred and fifty thousand house rent that we managed to pay twice this year. The wicked and miserable landlord just increased it to two fifty this afternoon. My head is heavy and I can feel my heart beating fast. Honestly, I'm tired. I always wish I wasn't conceived. In my 36 years on earth, I can't say the world has been fair to me. This world is so cruel.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry dear. Keep hope alive. Rent are been increased almost everywhere currently. The hardship in the country is the reason behind that and landlords are capitalizing on it. I believe the house you're talking about should be a self contain for such amount. Even where I stay, a standard self contain is 250,000 and one bedroom goes for 400,000. I don't want to talk about 2bedroom.
DeleteI will also advise, you can make your rent payable easily if you master the act of saving some little portion monthly for it. Don't wait until it's about to expire before looking for the money
Finally, your rent should be at most your three months salary if you're working or your cumulative profits of five or six months if you're trading.

Exactly @ uncle Big T I agree with you, saving gradually will help to ease your bills at the end of the year, like I do that and it helps me a lot no matter how small you save, time to pay it will be very easy for you.
DeleteWhy these rent increases have to be so high though? A whole 100k more on short notice at that. I pray you and your family find a little place of your own that you own outright. Let this be your motivation to get into ownership. Just as the landlord is looking out for themselves, you need to look out for you too. I pray 2025 will be a year of divine prosperity and financial freedom for you.

It was so much fun, I can't find my voice😂
I am so enjoying my current apartment, for the first time since I started working in Lagos, I left home past 7am and still got to work before 8am.
Proximity to work is bae and I spent less than #700 to get to work unlike before that I spend 1k plus.
I am already planning my 2025 savings and investments as the problem use to be transportation to and fro work. I also paid my debt from this month salary,I don't know I am gonna survive January but I am glad I am not ending 2024 or entering 2025 with debt.
In all, I am grateful to God for an awesome year🙏🙇♀️🙌

It is between life and death ....
One of My siblings went through fibroid operation I was in Warri general hospital with her during the operation..
I was so scared immediately they entered the theater..
I started praying I was seriously catching..
But thank God it was successful..

DeleteJust had my green tea with spearmint. Life is good. 2024 was a decent year in all. The only thing I lacked was a growth in income, but I am grateful there was an income. It was nice to see so many friends advanced themselves and grew in different ways. 2025, I don’t know what you will bring but I hope that I will still be filled with gratitude whatever the condition that I find myself in. One with God is majority, all I need is God on my side🙏🏾
