    1. Make purchases of product in demand, then resell the product online..

Beauty/skincare products,,Gadgets, and other things with high demands.

      Hope this helps.

    2. There's something called FX sales...
That is what you will use to sell your dollar to naira...
And your naira account will be credited immediately. Just walk into any First Bank branch, for further details, it's as easy as A B C.
      Good luck!

    3. @NN;The rate for that option is "very" poor, except of course poster doesn't mind..

It's the bank rate, and not black market rate..

@Poster,another option is look for a BDC with first bank dollar account(to avoid inter bank charges) then Download the app for dollar transfer, then use it to send to the BDC dollar account, and get the Naira equivalent.

      Hope this helps.

  4. I recently gave birth in Lagos and my mother inlaw bought most of the baby stuff here for me but I need to get back to my base, Abuja, and don’t know how to transfer the baby stuff. I’m talking plenty baby things that can fill up five big boxes. Pls what is the cheapest way for me.

Kindly use a logistics company that will even pay for damages just in case

      Delete
    2. Go to transport companies(not logistics companies)..

They offer cargo services for goods, tell them it's products you are selling so they would give you a good price..

If you are in Lagos for example, you can take it to Maza-maza bustop or Tradefair market and look for transport companies going to Abuja, their prices are very low compared to "Logistics services".

Do it few days(like 2 days) before you travel to Abuja,so when you arrive, you go to their park and pick up your package, then look for best option(shuttle bus,Uber etc) to take it to your home.

      Hope this helps.

  5. Anyone have any leads on an apartment that collects monthly rent in Lagos? Anywhere on Mainland or Island.

In a very clean, safe and decent area. Money is not the problem but it has to be in a good area. I don't know how short I'll stay, so I prefer to pay monthly.

  8. Good day everyone!
My niece invested in crypto coins some years back at the advice of a fellow corp member. It was GENESIS MINING. Somehow, life pursuits made her abandon this investment.
She's trying to activate it again but can't withdraw to her LUNO account.
Please, is there anyone here who is knowledgeable about mining that can help? Is genesis mining no longer functional? Google answers aren't very helpful. Thanks

Has nothing to do with age if you know what you are doing

You, what exactly do you want to study?

My Pastor's wife is a mature woman with four grown kids that went back to school and graduated from Law School, her last child is in year one.

    4. Speak to lawyers to see. Make sure the area of your specialization will be fruitful and you can make a good living from it. Law has always been a field that is purported to be over saturated and many lawyers do not make good money. So do your due diligence. Except that you have deep love and passion for the profession, then look at other options. In these times being able to have a good income right after graduating but be prioritized because life is so expensive. Medicine has a high earning potential and in great demand all the time. Whether you are a technician, nurse or doctor you will earn well. So think about what is driving you and the money you will be investing in an education over the next few years, make sure you can earn it back and achieve your material dreams after.

  11. Which brings more money abroad between Nursing and Data analysis?

Which is advisable to delve into as a woman already into sciences.

I need reviews and answers from those living in UK or experience expert?

    Thanks and God bless

    1. Which is your dream?

Data is needed everywhere,in all organisations,so the demand for a Data analyst is always there, but you don't have to just be focused on just being solely a data analyst, you have to get other certifications to increase your value;especially in a world where AI is taking over..

For Nursing, you would always be needed till you kpai;AI can't take over the job of a Nurse, you just keep upgrading to various level until you are tired, you are also always needed worldwide.

So which are you good at?
      What do you need?
      Which can you mentally carry?
Which of the above are you passionate about?

Someone like me,I can't stand blood, needles or the likes,so even for free I can't study anything related to nursing, irrespective of the PAY or benefit, but Tech?I can learn everyday till infinity.

So go for what you can mentally and emotionally take, and what gives you inner fulfillment, and not because there is "money" there.

      Hope this helps.

Doctors in the house or any other bvs, I need your help, I'm a 5:7 feet woman and my daughter is taller than me at the age of 14, is there anything to be worried about, I don't want her to be overtall, do I need to take her to hospital because I don't want her to be the most tallest woman in the world or in Africa, I'm afraid if she's normal medically.

    1. My dear, if she's meant to be very tall, that's her height & not something to be worried about 😊

    2. Lol my daughter is taller than me at 10 , we are about the same height.
Not just tall, she is mature like she is seeing her period, breast every where, public hair very bushy .

Me self was worried before but not anymore.
As bvs told me nothing to worry about

    3. That's nature, what exactly would you want the hospital to do, once she is 16yrs the rapid growth will cease..... The only thing you will be worried now is that if she is thin or very lanky, well let her stop eating too much protein for now.

    4. She is likely on track to be close to 6ft. Her height won’t stop her in life. I have two friends who are 6ft tall, it has not affected their lives in anyway. They can find clothes and shoes just fine. It hasn’t dampened their romantic options, so many men are over 6ft anyways. You are worried about nothing.

    5. You can take her to see the doc and measure her growth hormones

  17. The nurse that is asking wether she needs NCLEX to practice in UK after passing IELTS, you don't need NCLEX to practice in UK, what you need is CBT, NCLEX is for USA, Canada and Australia. But when you get to UK after some time you will write OSCE exam to get UK pin to practice as a UK registered nurse.

    ReplyDelete
  18. OET and IELTS are similar, but OET is narrowed to your professional register while IELTS comes from all works of life, Mostly science. People pass oet more than IELTS, but is very expensive and is written only in Lagos I don't know wether they have gotten center in Abuja. While IELTS have centers almost all the states in Nigeria.
