Chronicle Of Blog Visitor Narrative...

Hmmm.....

STAND ALONE NARRATIVE
UGLY WITH LOW SELF ESTEEM

Guys, I am so ugly!Acne has destroyed my face and made me a shadow of myself, I am soaked in so much low self esteem.
I don't know what to do again.I ran a test on the pus on my face and was told I have staphyl#coccs aureus.

I have treated and treated and it keeps coming back after 2-3 months. I have swallowed tons of antibiotics and i am tired. I have prayed and fasted, i have stopped eating a lot of foods still.
I am just tired!!
I just want to live a normal life. I face so much rejection, no-one was to be my friend, I get insulted and laughed at a lot.
Now it is back again and I don't even know how to treat myself because I don't have the money and skincare is so expensive.
God would have just made me rich so I can be treating myself at least. I can't even look at myself in the mirror, I have not taken any pictures for months because of how ugly I look.
I am just so tired of it all.
I am ashamed of myself!!

Staph on your face?how possible is this?????How did it get there? This is not a matter of prayers, you need urgent help.....why are people running away from you? Was this caused by oral S3x??????Can do a video of yourself explaining in details so that i can see and decide if you can get help or not? I am in hospital so i knw what it feels like to be down.....

  1. Staph is not sexually transmitted. It’s a normal organism when on the outside of our skin.
Again : Staph is not an STI

    1. Staph Aureus is part of normal skin flora. Though it can cause infection but it doesn’t cause acne.

Poster you need to see a dermatologist to put you on medication. Maybe clindamycin or tretinoin or isotretinoin or a combination, depending. I did not say you should go and buy from chemist, go and see a dermatologist in government hospital so they can monitor you, you should be on contraception while taking some of those drugs.

    4. Stop the use of make up for a month and see the miracle. Avoid applying anything after washing your face with a regular soap. I used to have lots of pimples with pus in them, until 2019 when I washed down all my make up. I have had a smooth face since. I nolonger apply make up unless for a big outing.

  2. Since you don’t have money, you have to face home remedies. Stop using scented soaps and creams on your face. Rub honey on your face every night to moisturize it.
Wash your pillow case every two days with mild soap and rinse properly. Hopefully you’ll be able to afford skincare soon. Sorry. Start with benzyl benzoic acid face wash as a start . Avoid the harsh sun. Wear face caps, use umbrellas etc

    1. I agree with your suggestion on washing her pillow cases very often, clean hair, hands off your face and not using scented soaps. But the acid face wash might not be what she needs. Instead alkaline (eg local black soap) is better. She can add honey and red chalk (Osun as called in yoruba or uhe as called in Igbo). These are possible external remedies. The urine therapy I suggested below will help from the inside.

    2. In addition to pillow hygiene , get a separate face towel like Dante said. All the best

    3. Yeah Ms sapphire. But wash face sharp sharp lol. Don’t leave the black soap on your face too long as it can be super drying and might irritate

    4. Please leave honey o poster. It's very difficult to find unadulterated honey. If you use any honey that is not original just know that it will worsen the acne. They always say it's pure honey but majority of them are not pure

  3. Try urine therapy. Both drinking and as direct application. Only your own body can produce the exact perfect medicine for a malady like that. Read up on it. Don’t think it’s repulsive, you will get used to it. Fetch midstream and drink lots of water, fruits and vegetables so your body can make good quality urine that won’t be terrible for your use. Catholic monks at Uheli has a book on how to use it effectively. Check any Catholic Church bookstore for it.

    1. This is so true, my face was terrible in my first year in the University, l used my urine first thing in the morning to wash my face and left it for some minutes before washing, thank God it was restored and has remained spotless.

    2. I don’t know about drinking sha. As a medic, I’ll say urine is filled with toxins that your kidneys have sieved out from your blood and also high in sodium. Even if it has some good properties , if feel the toxins alone have classed it as a “disadvantages outweigh the benefits”. However, it might contain some drying and toxic properties that will dry out the acne if used topically . You can try topically poster. Maybe use to wash your face and leave on for a few seconds in the morning.

    3. I think that urine is a medicine on its own, because I know someone that used it to treat chronic ulcer.

    4. Please DO NOT EVER DRINK YOUR URINE. Urine is your kidneys removing toxins from your body, why would you want to drink toxins. WTH am I reading on Stella’s internet today

  4. Lol..

Big Stellz, Staph is not a sexual transmitted disease oh.. all those kpangolo 'doctors' selling different kinds of cleaners and bitter drinks don condition your mind to think otherwise, with the lies they're always spelling with their loud speakers..

That being said, poster get a good quality napkin handkerchief that you should use on only your face after bathing..

Don't use the same towel you use to clean your body on your face..

Wash your face regularly with just water and clean with only this face handkerchief..

Don't apply any cream or medicine whatsoever on it..

Make sure you keep your face handkerchief clean.. I'll advise you use white.. no be all those low quality napkin handkerchief wey no dey clean face well oh.. get a good quality one that dries up water..

Your pillow case too,. Wash regularly ..

    Blessings

  5. Staph is not an STI.

As a matter of fact, there are moderate staph on every skin of each individual.

I suggest you have some skin test done, see a skin specialist (dermatologist)

Practice wholesome fruit intake while at it.
It's phase and it will pass .

  9. My dear, sorry about the acnes. Mine was terrible as a very light skin lady. I had it on my back, chest, upper arms and face but to the glory of God, I just had little on my face. I even stopped eating groundnuts, butters, anything oily but there wasn't any much difference.
    Have you visited a dermatologist?
    What you should do:
    1. Drink plenty of water
    2. If you must use soap, make it mild toilet soap not medicated
    3. Eats lots of fruits and veggies
    4. Cut your hair every 6 months or just carry low cut or if you must make you hair, always wash it every two weeks
    5. Wash your pillow case often.
    6. When you come back from work/business/outings etc always have your bath before lying on the bed.
    7. Wash your face with lukewarm water.
    8. Rest often
    9. Allow your face to breath, that's to say free from all the plenty plenty make ups
    10. Use only white powder.

    Note:
    Speaking from experience

  10. Ayya I feel your pain, is not easy to be face with challenges and broke at the same time. It's well with you. Try Mixture of honey and raw egg, morning and night.

  11. Pls see a dermatologist. I had acne for years and 4 months of accutane (isotretinoin) resolved it . Still acne free 5 years later .

In the meantime, pls stop using anything harsh or caustic on your face. Many of the acne creams and soap destroy the skin barrier which should be your first defence against acne. Pls google and read up on skin barrier. Try to wash with dove soap or a cream based cleanser then moisturize with ceramide based cream like cethaphil or cerave to restore your skin barrier.

  12. The thing with acne is that it affects everyone differently and is triggered differently in people. Perhaps wear hijab when you go out in public to avoid the looks and stares.

Like another BV stated if you do not have funds then you will have to do home experiments. Wash your face with good quality black soap, and if you need a moisturizer you can use black seed oil.

Whatever you are using, use it for 8 weeks solid and keep a log of how it works. Same with any dietary regimen that you decide to follow. Use yourself as a test site and see what you discover. Many products were discovered by ppl like you, who battled an issue, found something that truly worked and created a product for the market to help others. If you are willing to look at the silver lining in the cloud, that is one approach that you could take regarding your situation.

The world cannot get enough of African products like shea butter, black soap, moringa, mango butter, argon oil, virgin hair fertilizer and so much more. There is a hunger for things from the African continent because of the high quality and efficacy. Please use your pain and suffering as a catalyst for something greater. Maybe you are being called to do bigger things.

  13. Staph infection is a disease of the whole body, the bacteria causing stsph never dies, it has become resistance to the antibiotics, it damage the skin and tissues, once it enter the blood stream is can damage some organ

    1. Your first paragraph is very very misleading and untrue.
Staph causes pneumonia and can be treated.
It causes boils, impetigo and can still be treated.
Please stop listening to people trying to sell you stuff and in the process pass on false information to you in order to sell their products

  14. Dilute 2 to 1 water to bleach
Deep in a face towel. Dab the face and leave on for a bit then wash completely off

Not everyone agrees bleach works on staph
But I’ve seen it lead to reduction of the staph activity so I think you should try it as you’ve tried other things

You can follow it up with pan oxyl face wash. I’ve seen great reviews for that working on staph boils

  15. I would have suggested evening primrose oil but since you say you don't have money, then make aloe vera your friend. After washing your face, rub the aloe vera on your face every morning and evening. Don't rinse after rubbing ooo, just rub and leave it there

  16. Also, up your hygiene.

Wash and disinfect your bedsheet, blankets. Sun dry your pillows, I did mine today and it smells fresh.

Drink lots of water at intervals.
    Change your bathing sponge .
Exercise daily , early morning sun is also good for you.

    Embrace water therapy.
    Try other natural alternatives.
    Leave antibiotics for now
    Let your face breathe.
Do not try too many things on your face at the same time.
    Give it time.

  18. Go into a fast for 3 days only water.

Use sun screen day and night. Use sunscreen with a moisturizer base.

For face wash, use dove bar. The imported one.

At night for 2 weeks straight. Wash your face with head and shoulders shampoo. You heard me right.

For the next two weeks after your fast, avoid anything that has groundnut oil and excess sugar. Also drink enough water.

Stop pressing them even if they seem
    Ripe.

    You will see changes.

  19. I had so much acne on my face 7 years ago. Drank so much antibiotics. I didn't know it was the antibiotics that caused my problem. Made me have leaky gut. I stumbled on Dr axe's page on YouTube in 2016 and it changed my life. This leaky gut even caused me infertility issues. But probiotics. The one I use is sawson probiotics or piping rock probiotics. Take it religiously. You shall testify. If you see my face you would never believe I had acne. Mix tumeric, honey and yoghurt to get rid of the scars on your face. All the best dear

  20. Also please if you use sponge on your face while bathing, STOP IT. Just use soap only to wash your face with your palm

  22. Acne can be difficult to deal it

-u will have to wash your face at intervals(like two to three hours)

-Get black local soap(as it is affordable and effective) put a little on your palm mixed with water to form paste then rub on your face, leave for 5-10minutes before washing off

-Get Neo-medrol at the pharmacy(or any alternative) Apply after washing your face

-Get a different towel for your face

-Eat cucumber and drink lots of water too

  26. And I would advise you wash your pillow and bedsheets every week or after four days if you can. Don't allow even the tinniest dirth from your hair to touch your face, don't allow sweat from your pillow to touch your face. As for soap, I would have mentioned a particular cheap soap that people look down on. It's really good. I was using dove but it wasn't working as they assured us online, I used dove soap for up to either years but it wasn't giving me any good result until I found the cheap soap.

Well, I will look for the name of the soap that my neighbors babe is using. Her face was too rough until she started using this herbal soap. It's quite pricey .

Please note that you are wasting your time with any measure you take without keeping your hair fresh and neat, , clean bedsheets and pillowcase,

  27. What type of hair cream do you use? Change it and always wash your hair and apply leave in conditioner.

    Get a good facial scrub
    Get original honey
Scrub your face and wash it off. Apply the original honey and leave it for 8 minutes then wash it off
Use a mild moisturizer on your face, try CeraVe Am and PM. Or try Clarins cream.

Take a lot of garlic and onions
    Reduce or stop soft drinks.
    Stop sugar
