Chronicle Of Blog Visitor Narrative

Hmmmmmm..

STAND ALONE NARRATIVE
GOD ALWAYS COMES THROUGH

When God is for you, you are covered. It might take awhile but He comes through in everything.

I looked forward to having a family of my own. We talked about how many kids to have, the country they will be birthed, the schools they would attended, the spacing and our future. I noticed the expenses were 80%(me):20%(him). He lamented on the low salary et al. I let it slide, why bother when we are going to be a family soon, right? Besides, I was earning half a mill take home and side gigs to support, so why be a miser. But, it didn’t stop him from being a drunk, womanizer and spendthrift.

He blamed everyone for anything and everything that happened except himself EVEN if you caught him right in any of the act. He will accuse you of making him do it.

I began to question this future. When I voiced my thoughts, he became verbally abusive. Initially I was silent but I started speaking up. I dislike bullies, having experienced it in my younger days. He began using reverse psychological but thanks to SDK blog, I could see the traits of a Narc. I told myself the truth, there is no future with him.

He noticed the withdrawal. During one of his tantrum attacks, he called me corpse saying no one would marry me. I reminded him that I would rather do good and save another’s life than be his kind of person all because I refused to loan him some of my savings to get a Sienna or Lexus 350 (I suspected he would never refund). Maybe he realized he effed-up with those words and started apologizing. I no longer cared. I became numb.

I no longer wanted to be around persons of such mindset. I went into prayers and asked God to show forth and come through. I left him. I started all over. I’m pushing through. God hasn’t let me down. He keeps showing up when I least expect.

Advice: Never loose hope and trust in God. Truly, when you are at your lowest that His blessings pours through people you least expect. Some of The friends and family you place your trust and hope on May disappoint you. They will make you question God. I haven’t gotten to where I planned to be, But, I’m in a better place compared to where I’m coming from.

Your mindset is beautiful and i hope that some lady will draw strength from this and move on but the problem is that most Nigerian women become financially dependent on these men and cannot move on and keep taking their rubbish......

  7. You thanking God should be that you have the means. What if there were no means? If you were dependent you would know taking a while for God to come through for you as you put it is not a while. It takes real time. It's the strength and courage to withstand is the point. Thank God for you

  9. Poster, you've been healed. When you heal, people lose access to the version of you they once controlled, not just because you've changed but because their power came from your wounds. The more you grow, the less they can provoke, manipulate or tether you to their narrative. Healing close the doors they used to enter and open new ones to your freedom. Poster, you're completely healthy. Your mind is in a good place. I pray God grants you your heart desires. Very soon, you will get back all the love you've given out. Keep staying strong, Queen.

  10. Hmm. God has been faithful o. Looking back since 2020, there were some trials and tribulations, even afraid that I would be deported and tried to run to Canada from the US but I had faith in God, prayed, fasted and God showed mercy. Whoever says God doesn’t work should look at themselves properly cos the simple fact that you’re human and not an animal is a sign of Gods mercy. There’s always something to be thankful for.

  24. Very wise woman right there, with this your mindset, no bastard will frustrate you in the name of i will marry you.The right and normal man will come for you sooner than later because that your ex is not normal. Kudos to moving on!!

  25. I honestly get the low feeling of not being where you want to be in life, of maybe even feeling worthless, but I do not get why that has to manifest in illtreating someone else. Yes, men have the pressure of having to be successful and making a good income to support their families on their backs and all of that, as a woman I many never understand that gendered pressure that exist in all cultures. But why treat the very source of love and companionship like shyt? Openly cheating and using physical size to browbeat and dominate. Get your mind right and not go around harming innocent ppl because you feel bad about yourself and station in life.

Poster, I am so happy that you put yourself first and got out of that toxic existence. Love is not pain and nobody's blood pressure should rise when they are coming home from work because they don't know what they will have to face. Home should always be a sanctuary, a place of peace, joy and serenity. You have a right to your success and achievements, never feel guilty for being where you are at. The sky is large enough for everyone to get their own slice. Continued success and keep building and validating your self-worth, let nobody tear you down. Your love is a privilege not a right!
