Delete14:48, under the law, u have a duty to report crime and criminals, again, under the law, receiving proceeds of crime is also an offence. Since she knows her boy friends are criminals, she had a duty to report and turn them in, she did not, monies(proceeds of crime) was traced back to her, that makes are an accomplice. She was also covering for her bfs.

ReplyDeleteI hope u know that if you keep an armed robber boyfriend, he goes and robs, comes bck to ur place and u open door for him to cover for him instead of reporting him, u have committed a crime. Except u can prove that u never knew his business, which can be hard to prove because the communication between you will prove otherwise. Additionally, receiving proceeds of crime when u r fully aware that it is proceeds of crime, wud also land u in police net.
