Actor Kanayo .O. Kanayo Explains Why Women Are Still Unmarried In Their 30's

Veteran Nollywood actor, Kanayo O. Kanayo, has been blabbing a lot about women matters these days....Well these topics get him reposted massivley...Mscheeeeew
In this post, he explained why many women are unmarried in their 30s.

In a recent interview with News Central, Kanayo said
“Some girl will be in the university at 18, 19, 20, she starts dating a very rich guy, sometimes, very old too. Then what you see along the line is that because the guy is very rich and probably married, she refuses the advances of other younger people because the guy has either gotten her a car and a house. So to her, she’s operating on a very high level.

“From 22, she goes on to 24 and maybe even if she quarrels with this guy, she gets the next guy. And before you know it, she turns 25, 26 unmarried because she refuses the advances of younger prospective husbands. She gets into 29, 30, by that time she had left the university and men are no longer finding her that attractive.

“So she gets into 31, husband is not coming. And what do you have? At 23, she’s a flex. At 28, she becomes a prayer point. After 33, she’s declared a state of emergency. Because husbands will not come at that level of 33 years. Some of them get to 35 unmarried. And they still think that they are having fun. They are not having fun. They are now in a state of emergency praying that God brings anyone.”

  3. Is actually better not to talk sir, especially when you do not have the facts intact. How many ladies in that demographic have you interviewed about this topic to come to this conclusion?

A lot of things keep a lady from getting married and one of them is that she decides that marriage is not for her. Nigeria men refused to believe that there are actually Igbo ladies who do not want to get married or have children. I know quite a handful of them.

Leave unmarried ladies alone, there are a lot of problem that needs addressing in the world and marriage is the least of it.

    Jesus was never married.

  11. My then boyfriend left me at 22 and married a 34yrs old lady. Not that the lady was even rich but he found what he didn’t see in 22yrs me. Men these days even go for matured ladies cos they know what they’re running away from when they settle with less than 25yrs old.
I will even advise any of my brothers above 30 to go for 29 and above

  13. Chai, ụmụ nwaanyị, a tala ahụhụ...from being single-shamed to being TTC shamed...what a society...what a mess! It will take ladies knowing their self-worth and not giving a rat's arse, to rise above all these, in any society, especially the African society...they have a very loooooong way to go!

At almost 48, all my friends and family see why I don't carry marriage on my head! Some have died because of evil partners; some have lost their assets to evil spouses disguised as partners!
Single people are the most sensible! They will bounce evil 😈 demons who are coming to destroy their lives in the guise of marriage! These days is you as a single person and the Holy Ghost!!!

  18. Na wah o, everyday women this and that, can't you people leave us alone, the way people carry marriage on head in this country, we suppose to have plenty happy marriages, instead of sham and divorce.
That's why plenty women marry men they don't love and are not even compatible with, just to be free from society wahala.
Marriage is not for everybody, as for me, if marriage comes, fine, if it doesn't, fine, but one thing is that I will never get married because I don't want people to insult me, if I get married, it's because we're compatible and we find peace with each other, I'm not living my life to impress society.
