I love this place during giveaways and will miss our giveaway visitors when they go away after the giveaway.....

The only thing i dont like are the cusses, make una try dey reduce am......As for those complaining about ODSS and his wife Shootergal, what is their crime exactly? It is me they are protecting and i appreciate it even though i dont take ODSS advice cos hes too soft....cant deal...LOL

Eka Joy that crayfish your sister in law bought has officlally made me to stop eating red crayfish..it is so horrible that i cant eat it, I want to see if i can dry it in the oven cos it was not well dried...i used some and i could not check it cos it was like raw scale.......The fish was so niceeeeeeeee.......Thanks.

PINKYS CORNER 

It's so painful to see a young man leaving home in the morning to look for what to eat and meeting what eventually claimed his life. This is why I tell people not to trust any long time friend. Yes, a friend you have seen for years and later came across then you finally gave in. (Story for another day). 

This young lady left her customer's house where she slept over(I need not tell you her job by now). She left the guy's place and walked down to the next junction to take a bike. And you know it's common to everyone to always want to mount a bike through the other side instead of the right side to make one see clearer if any vehicle is coming behind(we all are guilty of that which I stopped doing years back). Immediately she stepped her left on the bike climber, an unknown car HIT HER from behind. She landed 2 to 3 meters away from the position she was before and gave up immediately. 

The car didn't stop at all and that was how she kicked the bucket. People who saw her coming out from the street where the guy's house is tried getting information and they saw the guy and explained to him. He came to the spot and he was dumbed founded. The corpse was moved to a corner and covered with some leaves. 

Now, it's crystal clear to neighbors that, she came out alive from the guy's house but who will be his witness because, he was even the one who took the girl's phone to call few contacts. He tried anyways and I said to myself, that, he should be grateful to God, of the lady had died in his house, omoh, wahala be that. 

I am not even bothered about what she does for a living but concerned about the manner at which we climb bikes on main road. Once a bike man stop, please, climb from the right side and not left because, backing an on-coming vehicle is liable to die young. We have so many reckless drivers who are not professional enough. I tell people that, if all naija drivers are to be taken to other countries for driving test, most of them will commit over 200 traffic offenses in 20mins. It is in this country you see the following:

*Driving while operating phone

*Driving after taking alcohol 

*Driving while watching videos

*Driving while operating the stereo

*They see a bend, they still accelerate

*Narrow bridge, they compete

*Unbroken lines, they over take. 

 Who do us like this for this country? The mumu wey jam the lady no even wait to check. It's so painful still I understand our society. They can mob him if he dares stop. 

I pray for safety in all your endeavors.

INSIDE THE MIND OF A WOMAN GOING THROUGH MOTHERHOOD

I have a rant, confession to make. So, in the last few days, I have been screaming at my kids, not just screaming but extra snappy at them.
In my defence I have been going through the wringers, my kids have been in and out of the hospital, was stated for surgery, we decided to seek a second opinion and go to the general hospital, which I am glad we did because the surgery was suspended.
Turns out the wall of the house we moved to barely a few months ago is damp, and my kids have been reacting to it. So now we are moving house, going to several doctors appointments, keeping up with the medications and lifestyle changes which involves more house chores and all.

So I am super exhausted, now I am literally packing up the house alone while waiting for help later in the week and my boys who have now recruited my princess are scattering and unpacking boxes all in the name of helping mommy.

I had to seat myself down and talk through my emotions, the kid’s behaviour are age appropriate, I am the one who is projecting my frustration on them, so to help our dynamics, after apologising and explaining as child friendly as I can what I am going through, I took steps to help me, by trying to get more sleep.

Also, I have been taking little time outs when I am feeling overwhelmed and ignoring a lot of their shenanigans.
My screaming has reduced greatly, but I can do better.
Hopefully, things will go back to normal when the aunties come to visit this weekend.

Ah please take it easy and rest well well when the ANUTIES arrive....
