Why would they cancel him cause of his truth.
ReplyDeleteNdi nzuzu
Nigerians are part of whom you are today sha.
ReplyDeleteWhat he said is so wrong..
ReplyDeleteHe's a celebrity and whatever comes out of his mouth is important, people capitalize on it..
Very wrong
DeleteWhat is wrong in what he said, isn’t the economy in shambles ?you people just like suffering and smiling.they should cancel him na
DeletePray tell, what exactly is wrong in what he said??
DeleteDid he lie, NO
Is the economy in shambles, BIG YES
Does Naija need help, OBVIOUSLY YES
Same you people are always lamenting daily about how tough naija is, but cos it's Davido he should say otherwise.
Small wonder the govt don't take you guys serious cos una suffer/mumu never do
I think he said the honest truth. Same advise I gave my ex not to invest in Nigeria for now but he didn't listen. Now, he has lost over $50k. Money he could've used as down payment for a house.
DeleteBaddest don't mind them as if people abroad are blind and deaf.
ReplyDeleteI don't support what he said
ReplyDeleteHe doesn't need your support. Support yourself first through Nigeria's economic abyss. 🙄
DeleteCall their names, yeye people
ReplyDeleteHe get wetin person no suppose talk nah..
ReplyDeleteHello iya Boys
To be truthful now na crime for Nigerian.😏
ReplyDeleteLeave am. He will regret his words some day. He doesn't know what he's saying
ReplyDeleteRegret what? Be fooling yourself. Take a trip to Venezuela. Oh, better safe yourself the trip and Google Venezuela.
DeleteDo you believe by wishful thinking and pretense that Nigeria will not sink to the level of Venezuela's economic woes?❓
The truth is so bitter for people to handle
ReplyDeleteThat being said...let him go and perform in Osun State or better still in ATL as Nigeria economy no fit pay him
GoldenTulip ✍️🕊️
Nigerians are part of your success sorry today guy
ReplyDeleteI don't support what you said but wetin I know sef ☺️
Story**
DeleteMODE I hope you "support' Nigeria's ailing economy?
DeleteSeems some Nigerians have selective amnesia or just hypocrisy?
ReplyDeleteWe've all seen and read how some companies left the country due to the economic downturn. And you guys are fuming over what's so glaring? Really?
As if they can advice their families to come invest at this time
Baddest!!!
ReplyDeleteI am BEG...
Only God can n will help us all in this our obodo country
ReplyDeleteThe Indians and Chinese are still investing. Dangote sef is investing. So what's the heck
ReplyDeleteAnd those Chinese and Indians see opportunities everywhere and are running to Africa to make it and many are becoming millionaires out of Africa. There is a lot for ppl to study and understand about Africa, especially Africans.
DeletePride goes before the fall . Without Nigeria who knows you? And those people who keep running down their country do you have another one? Just because some people don't win election doesn't mean we should destroy the country. At the moment everything is bad across the planet, since the Russia Ukraine war the cost of living keeps going up. Even most people in western countries are just working to pay the bills.
ReplyDeleteEconomy is in shambles in US and UK but you won't hear any of their celeb saying that kind of negative shits about their country in public, he is just pain about the Edo election.
ReplyDeleteTrue
DeleteLies. Politicians in the US talk about how bad the economy is everyday. Don’t be a lying liar
DeleteLeave Obo tf alone,
ReplyDeleteIt is very glaring world wide that this country is a joke.
He didn't say anything new
Yes, he said the truth, but in my own honest opinion he should have said it in a better way. This is your own, your country. He is a big Nigerian celebrity, known worldwide. Whatever he says goes a long way worldwide as well. We are at a point where everything seems bad and we want the best for Nigeria, so every prayer, every good word would help atm.
ReplyDeleteDon't bad mouth your own, protect yours!
Why not learn and correct themselves corrupt people everywhere 😳😗
ReplyDeleteI don't know why this guy is under attack. He said nothing wrong
ReplyDeleteHe is an American with his first amendment right to free speech which he exercised. He is not your elected goverment officials wasting money in a three day trip to France after just returning from Brazil and China etc while folks are hungry. If Nigerians use the energy they used in criticizing David to hold their elected officials accountable table, maybe things will get better.
ReplyDeleteSecondly context matters. If he lied on camera and a black American relocates & gets duped, he could be sued. It’s a very litigious society. Leave the man alone. Those not as rich as him know how billing has tried from Nigeria due to the harsher eco not, I can only imagine how the folks begging him for one thing or the other has multiplied. We cannot subsidize your corrupt goverments ($22bik foreign remittances) not counting those handed in person and not have a say!. Do you think investors look to entertainment news for Investment data or to CNBC, Bloomberg channels etc? The only jazz politicians did is to make the masses very docile and loot!
