This was part of my Sunday Lunch but this Salad is so light and delicious that you can also have it for breakfast.......Its salad leaves, cucumber, tomoatoes and cabbage stripes, you can eat with fried chicken stripes...

ReplyDeleteI was supposed to take moinmoin with pap but I no see pap buy( no "ntor" for the people that have been making me do "alonga" here 😚)So, I'll just take it with bread. Will take plantain swallow with ewedu& "omi obe"(side eyes at blogbrity) later in the day. Will be trying that blended plantain for the first time, hopefully it comes out well. 😉

Hmm. Seeing all this made me remember Wednesday meal I had. I had nothing to eat and tried to fast, Omo ulcer didn't let me breathe. I checked for what I had at home. Less than a cup of Flour, baking powder, yeast and red oil. Nothing else. I mixed all with a dash of salt. I fried it with little red oil. That was the blandest meal ever. I was eating and crying mehn. I had to borrow a satchet of milk to help my guts.
ReplyDeleteI hate being in Brooklyn mehn. It's a curse to be broke on this present day Nigeria. As at last year, a thousand naira could help with sapa meal. Now our highest denominator is next to useless. It is well.
