Now, the developed nations of the world do not even pray and fast as much as we do in Nigeria, yet we are light years away from their level. Why? They have decided to use the BRAINS that God gave them!
Feel free to disagree with me, but if prayer and fasting is what makes a nation great, Nigeria will be the GREATEST NATION on earth!
If we MUST be great, then we will pray, use our brains, work hard, work smart, get rid of tribal/religious sentiments and then eliminate greed and selfishness. Faith without works, is DEAD!

Last year by this time a bag of beans was #65,000!
Times are really changing.
Maybe it will slightly drop again by January or February because lots of rural farmers planted more beans this year, especially the northerners, 60 to 70day to harvest them thats a quick duration also and we had enough rainfall this year.

If you can afford to eat twice daily, you don't know what you are enjoying. Those of us selling eatable stuff have seen plenty things. We see orishirishi everyday.
I sell soup ingredients.
You will see a mother with her three children in tow, begging for half cup of egusi and small palm oil and crayfish to cook soup. She will move over to the garri seller and beg for three cups of garri to make eba.
There is no day that someone doesn't come to beg for something to cook.
I have this heavy heart when I look at them but I can only do the little I can, in order not to run down my business.
My sister, no be small thing...I get tired of the begging at times, almost every day and to be sincere most foodstuff doesn't have much gain again by the time one gives everyday nothing will be left from your profit.

DeleteI also get such requests. Sometimes it might even be a man that will come and buy foodstuff, pay for some and then beg me to leave some for him as he borrowed money to pay for the ones he paid for. I would then do the needful, I cannot allow my business to go down because of Tpain and go back to square one.

All her sermons and praises, yet he is still after Naomi. Every day on Instagram, she will be praising Ooni like Judy Austin praises Yul. But the heart wants what the heart wants.
