I did a very long braid (Not my first time though) and this time, I wasn't careful enough. The braid almost caught fire on the gas cooker when I was in a hurry trying to warm my food to go to work this morning. Omoo..See my hair see fire. God saved me oo ๐ข

ReplyDeleteThe weekend served us thrilling footballing matches across the world. Can we all agree that Ademola Lookman deserves the CAF player of the year? Lookman has been in the best of forms as he scored a brace yesterday to defeat Antonio Conte's Napoli in Naples 3 nil. Fantastic match and a fantastic performance by Lookman. Take a bow Lookman. There is also a little matter of Ahmed Musa who is currently with Kano Pillars and scoring goals. He scored yesterday when Kano Pillars defeated Plateau United. There is still a quiet debate going on as to Ahmed Musa being included in the Super Eagles team, good or bad idea?

This week have been sad in my street. We experience 4 deaths. One died earlier in the week. He had been suffering from stroke. The second,I don't really know much about him. The third is a civil servant suffering from what I don't know. He walks around the street with swelled stomach. The fourth one shocked me. Someone we saw on Saturday walking the street healthy died on Sunday after picking a mysterious call from someone. We were told he yeild at the person on phone. Very quiet man that doesn't joke with the family well-being.
