I forgot to tell you all that today is a work free day in Germany..It is actually a Catholic holiday and celebrated by Believers...I am married into a Catholic family and also Catholic by Marriage......so na we dey celebrate but everyone else gets to enjoy a free day....

I hope that your day is going well?Since Morning i have not heard the sound of a car and normally my street is very very busy.....People in this Country dont Joke with their resting time at all....

Someone visited me yesterday, Naija babe and she asked me if i had garri and milk and sugar cos she saw coconut....I told her i have bought garri in years cos of what i saw can hide in garri...She nearly fainted that i didnt have garri or plantain at home..lol..I saw an advice in the comment section and advised her to make sure that she fries her garri in a hot pan before drinking it..

I am about to eat cornflakes and wont enable comments until i am done cos i am so hungry....

I been get this friend wey I meet through a customer, I helped her clean her apartment when she wanted to host an event and we've been friends since then...

Her daughter got admitted into the university in 2021, her mom later found out she was pregnant, she had the child in her father's house without telling them who was responsible...
The mom hid it from her father because the man lives abroad, the mom refused to help her raise the child, so she lives with the boy in her hostel, the mom later forgave her and brought home the boy, started taking care of him..

During her IT, the mom found out that she was pregnant again, and she hid the identity of the father again and, the mom had to inform the father...
The father came back to Nigeria , did everything he could but this girl remained adamant, she had another son around July...

 She found out that her cousin will be getting married In November and she was very upset, and she finally opened up, na the cousin be the papa of the two boys... Her father's elder brother's son!!!!!

This man and his wife (My friend) were married for a few years without an issue, then they adopted this girl, years later, they had their own kids (Triplets) via IVF, the man's family is aware, even their kids except the girl, the cousin got her hooked into smoking igbo and has been taking advantage of her....

When she questioned him about their illicit affair, he told her that they are not blood related and he can marry her, that she was adopted and that her parents were not ready to tell her about herself, this girl come de act anyhow oo, de vex unnecessary vex for her parents, sometimes she will be searching her parents room, looking for documents....
She bought his lies, was spending all her pocket monies on him, even had to lie a lot of times to get money from her parents, she said the guy deflowered her and he is the father of her two boys, the boy's father wants some proof so he is requesting for a DNA test which the girl's parents have obliged to, they've also set a date for it, the man said if at the end of the day, that it's true, that his son will not go ahead with the wedding but will marry that his foster cousin.

You need to see how the old men were crying .....
The kids looks more like her foster father, so it must be from their family, I asked the girl if she's been with any other man, she said no, that her cousin will not have it, that he monitors her closely, so while he de monitor her, he was busy planning his life, the person he wants to marry sef na him coworker....
I pray there'll be a match, make brother carry him kaya, e no de good if dog chop shit finish, teeth go come de rotten goat, soul wey sin, make e kpaii...

I am happy that at least they are not blood related because eh, that would have been so horrible..Why do some of these adopted Children always end up misbehaving? Na wah....That your proverb at the bottom strong oh...

When God give you small money and you decide to start something (building) and you mistakenly buy or have a plot of land in between illiterates or people who don't have human feelings, then know you are finished. 

This young man bought a plot of land somewhere in Ibadan. He trusted his neighbor so well that, he doesn't even greet people around whenever he comes around to check his land.
Whenever the young man pays for 1000 blocks, the trusted neighbor will take 500 blocks straight into his own compound. They said, including cement. Bobo will pay for 30bags, trusted neighbor will keep 10bags.

 You know, some of us don't have an idea about building and whatever quotation we are given, we play along like mumu. Also, he failed himself by doing away with other community members. The trusted neighbor said a lot of lies to him which made him ignore them all and only had business with the trusted neighbor.

Recently, baba came checking his building and realized the man just built nonsense for him. Wahala Kan start. Members of the community didn't interfere at first but when it was getting worse, the chairman of the landlord association stepped in and first, blamed the man for not having anyone aside from the trusted neighbor and also failing to check his land. The stupid trusted neighbor used part of oga land to build a room and parlour self and fenced it out of the guy's plot.

 It was when this issue happened that, the people who stays around there began to say a lot that has occured. The man showed them all the transfer because there was always a receipt sent each time he sends money for anything and he is smart enough to always put a remark on each transfer.

The trusted neighbor used the young man's sweat to finish his own abandoned building , he also demanded for 100k as development levi to be paid to the landlord association purse but nothing was remitted . This matter long gan that I had to leave what I was doing just to know what will be the end of the case because I wan learn. 

The young man left everyone at the spot and came back after like an hour or so with police officer and they took the trusted neighbor away. At this time, the wife was shouting and causing people saying "awon gboromiro, ise o ka yin lara" "eyin abateni je". Then I began to ask myself who is the ABATENIJE between her husband and the people who said everything they knew about what went wrong on the land. It was so disheartening because they really finished this guy. House wey Dem build for the guy sef don crack. I heard the bricklayer will also be arrested too.
But sincerely, why will you meet a neighbor at the place where you bought a plot of land and just give in just like that? Who does that? When it comes to building, I don't trust anyone because some people can do anything because of money. Imagine a bricklayer using just a bag of cement to lay 100blocks when in actual sense, you need one and half bag at least and if you want it to be very strong then you need two. But they don't care, you are the one who knows how you get your money and you should jealously monitor your building yourself and if you have the money, contract it out to professionals. Even professionals sef dey always do nonsense except you both have a signed and sealed contract that clearly states the punishment for any breach of contract.

One house dey my area now wey the half of the building don fall. Imagine, house wey Dem just erect wey never reach 7months ooo. No allow Dem carry you for handicap. When it comes to building, be smart and trust no one, though, Dem go chop you ooo but make sure they use the best.

This thing happens abeg and its not about neighbour oooh. I know a man who did this same thing to his son sef.......Both of them i hear are no longer on talking terms...Imagine a father oh!
