Former Edo State Gov Obaseki Reportedly On EFCC Watchlist..
Former Edo State Governor Godwin Obaseki has been placed on the watchlist of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
The EFCC is investigating financial transactions and contracts awarded during his administration. While no direct evidence has been found implicating him personally, the investigation is ongoing, and Obaseki has expressed his readiness to cooperate. His successor, Governor Monday Okpebholo, has also set up a committee to review the assets of the former administration....
