The Päijät-Häme District Court has remanded Ekpa in custody while investigations continue. The other suspects are accused of providing financial support to these activities. Ordinarily he can’t be extradited but this crime involves terrorism so yes he may be extradited and even lose his citizenship if he wasn’t born there.
