ReplyDeleteI missed Jemima Osundi post on painful periods. I used to experience and dread periods because of how painful it was before becoming a mother.
What helped me was hot water bottle bag and castor oil massage.Few days to starting my period,I boil hot water not too hot to a boiling point and fill in the hot water bottle bag.I will lay on the bed,massage my abdomen with the oil,then place the water bag on my tommy,cover with towel or duvet to keep it warm.Do for at least 30minutes.I do this for 4days,mostly at night before bed.The process is on YouTube and it was a life saver.

It's either it's gives you a beep sound or a tiny voice says "ur call is been recorded". Just like the way my own Techno Spark7pro . Some phones can automatically record every incoming and outgoing calls without your knowledge because it's a factory fitted features while some needs an authentication from the phone handler.
Again, to know if your call is been recorded without a beep or tiny voice signal, watchout for the following:
*Echo due to interference between the recording option and the network signal
*Instant silence from the decoder
*Unnecessary questions from the decoder to the encoder vice versa
Most importantly, some individuals are so good at making references to your call by using their other line to call a family or a friend which will be on the line why you are being called on another line. The other person called on the other line will put his own call on record but how do you get to know this? How will talk about it later. Off to shop

After World War II, Europe was devastated with hungry, homeless children who had been orphaned by the battles. They were put in large camps where they were given food and care. He who comes to me shall never hunger' (John 6:35 NKJV), he was saying, 'I am to your soul what food is to your body.'
Bread is one thing most people have in common. It doesn't belong only to a particular region or nation. It's available in all shapes and sizes. In New Zealand, it may be Vogels; in South America, tortillas; in New York, bagels; and in Ethiopia, injera. In a simple statement, Jesus reminds us that he is our nourishment, everywhere, every time. So be sure to connect with Jesus, your daily bread, every day.

I think my body system is adjusting to the current hardship. Some days I won't be hungry till around 2pm after taking pap in the morning. I would just take small thing and then eat in the evening when I get home. If my condition improves and I continue like this, I would become rich from saving money cos food is the main sucker of money nowadays.

One set of uniform in the school is 10k, the first tailor insisted on 12k, the other ones were charging me 10k to sew it after I bought material of N5300. Just a simple shirt and skirt o. I had to beg and plead with the fourth tailor that I took it to, she now collected 8k.
I pray she makes it very fine and fitted, unlike the mass production they make in the school, where the sleeves will be looking like adult buba sleeve 🤣
