    Lol, when I was pregnant, Ice makes my baby summersault ( Very active), whenever I want to play,I just start chewing ice or drink very cold water😂😂😂I miss being pregnant.....safe delivery Jada.

    Chewing ice is a sign of iron deficiency Anaemia. Go and do bloodwork to check your hemoglobin level.✌🏾

    I am speaking generally, medically, and first hand as an expert who has encountered a lot of ignorance on craving ice both by pregnant and non pregnant women.

    Iron cravings are not normal but some leave it till its to late and have to have iron infusions when complications due to low hemoglobin levels occur. Many cannot take oral iron tablets when their iron levels need supplement due to its side effect of abdominal upset and have to get an infusion. Craving iron is also not good for your teeth.✌🏾
